⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without question, one of the best rental vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. The Ford Bronco was absolutely perfect for exploring Oahu. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress. Christopher was fantastic - super friendly, quick to respond, and made the whole rental process effortless. One of the best Turo experiences I’ve had. Would rent again in a heartbeat. Our experience with this host was excellent. We booked at the last minute, and when our travel plans changed unexpectedly, we asked if an even earlier pickup was possible. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and had the car ready ahead of schedule. Throughout the trip, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive whenever we had questions. He even let us use his Supercharging account, which made charging much easier and saved us from having to worry about the billing. The car itself is in great shape, especially for an older Tesla. It was very clean, drove well, and was a fun way to explore the island. This was my first experience driving a Tesla, so there was definitely a learning curve. I was surprised by how much time we spent charging and by how limited the charging options were around Waikiki. That’s more of a Tesla ownership experience than anything related to this host or his vehicle. The only suggestion I’d make is to include a J1772-to-Tesla adapter with the car if possible. Our condo had an EV charger, but because it wasn’t a Tesla connector, we couldn’t use it. Having that adapter would have made charging much more convenient during our stay. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this host. He was accommodating, communicative, and made the rental process incredibly easy. I’d happily rent from him again. Thank you

At the end of my trip my hotel had trouble locating the key, but Justin was incredibly patient, understanding, and helpful while everything got sorted out. We come to Oahu quite a bit, and this rental worked out perfectly for our family. We were moving our daughter out of her dorm for the summer, so having a comfortable SUV with plenty of storage space in the back made a huge difference. It handled luggage, boxes, and beach gear easily without everyone feeling cramped. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive around the island. Whether we were running errands in town or spending the day exploring different parts of Oahu, it was reliable and enjoyable the entire trip. Compared to the major rental companies where even tiny cars can cost a fortune in Hawaii, this was a much better value. We’ve also used Hui before, but if you’re out exploring for more than a couple hours, the cost adds up fast. Having this vehicle available the whole trip gave us way more flexibility and convenience without the stress. Would absolutely rent again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!

First time renting with Turo and our experience was great!! Our host, Yong, was easy to work with. He communicated the details clearly and the rental process was straightforward . The RAV4 was in excellent condition - mechanically sound, comfortable and drove like a dream. I would definitely recommend him to others.
