Car was as described. There was a delay with the reservation due to the previous renter not communicating, and because the host was not at first very communicative about the delay. They did compensate me for the 50 minute delay but this is something to keep in mind if there is any urgency to your booking time for appointments or check in etc. Beyond that though, the rental was as described and a good price. I’d rent it again.

The SUV was spotless, the top trim model, and had more than enough room for our whole family and all of our luggage. The tinted windows were a huge bonus since Hawaii is HOT, and that’s something you don’t usually get with traditional rental cars. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and hassle-free. Josh and his wife were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and just an all-around awesome couple to work with. They made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Hawaii!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without question, one of the best rental vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. The Ford Bronco was absolutely perfect for exploring Oahu. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress. Renting a car through Yongbin was incredibly easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and straightforward. The price was much more reasonable than the major rental car companies, making it an excellent value. Really great car. We are used to big pick ups and were afraid that the GMC would be too narrow for us since we have long legs, but not at all. We really appreciated driving it, easy, convenient, economic. Easy communication with the host too, very responsive. Would definitely recommend it, at this price, you won’t find a better deal. We rented a Jeep from Wilson for our Oahu trip and it was perfect from start to finish. The Jeep itself was in excellent condition: clean, comfortable, and so easy to drive. Taking the roof off and putting it back on was simple, which made it even more fun to cruise around. Wilson thought of everything: the Jeep came stocked with a shower, ice chest, and umbrella, which made our beach days so much easier. On top of the great vehicle, Wilson himself was fantastic! He was friendly, communicative, and made the whole rental process smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommend renting from Wilson if you’re visiting Oahu, you won’t be disappointed!
