⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without question, one of the best rental vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. The Ford Bronco was absolutely perfect for exploring Oahu. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress. Yong was an excellent host for the RAV4, it was nice to have a SUV rental so close to my hotel on Waikiki. The car was well kept, USB connections available to charge the phones, and bluetooth connectivity is a bonus if you want to setup audio on your drive. Yong was just great and very communicative and flexible too since we actually ended early our Turo earlier than expected. Thank you again! I hope to Turo again with you the next time we visit.

This was less than half the cost of renting the same vehicle through a rental agency. It ran great and got us all over the island. Pick-up was easy to figure out and convenient. We will definitely rent again next time we are in Hawaii

We come to Oahu quite a bit, and this rental worked out perfectly for our family. We were moving our daughter out of her dorm for the summer, so having a comfortable SUV with plenty of storage space in the back made a huge difference. It handled luggage, boxes, and beach gear easily without everyone feeling cramped. The vehicle itself was clean, well-maintained, comfortable, and very easy to drive around the island. Whether we were running errands in town or spending the day exploring different parts of Oahu, it was reliable and enjoyable the entire trip. Compared to the major rental companies where even tiny cars can cost a fortune in Hawaii, this was a much better value. We’ve also used Hui before, but if you’re out exploring for more than a couple hours, the cost adds up fast. Having this vehicle available the whole trip gave us way more flexibility and convenience without the stress. Would absolutely rent again next time we’re on the island. Highly recommend!

Very nice late model Honda. This experience actually led me to buy a Honda of my own. Had to extend my rental several times and Christopher was very accommodating there. Super easy check in/return process. Great price. Two thumbs way up! 👍👍

Pickup was easy, drop off a little confusion as I thought I had to find street parking, which is literally impossible, but owner confirmed I could park in the gate so wasn't an problem then. The car was great, drove really well, AC worked awesome. The brakes and accelerator are very touchy but wasn't too big of an issue for me personally. I would rent from again.

He is an incredibly kind and accommodating owner. First, I accidentally mixed up 6 PM and 6 AM, and he graciously agreed to change the reservation without any issue. Then, when I asked if we could move it to 9 PM instead, he kindly agreed to that as well. On top of that, even though our dinner ran late and it was past 9 PM, he came all the way to our restaurant to pick us up. I honestly can’t imagine a more thoughtful and customer-focused owner. He deserves far more than 5 stars—I would give him 100 stars if I could. Everyone should rent a car from him.
