It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Our previous reservation was unexpectedly canceled at the last minute, and we were very lucky to find and book Didem’s car right away. Car was as described. There was a delay with the reservation due to the previous renter not communicating, and because the host was not at first very communicative about the delay. They did compensate me for the 50 minute delay but this is something to keep in mind if there is any urgency to your booking time for appointments or check in etc. Beyond that though, the rental was as described and a good price. I’d rent it again.
