Super easy location clearly marked address. Lockbox entry seamless and when I needed an extra day, it was no problem for Ted.

Excellent response time and communication. Great van and great price! A lot easier than going to U-Haul

This my first time using Turo. The price for The Mercedes Benz Sprinter was well below what I thought which was a great deal. The owner Mr. Norman was on time at the pickup and drop off ,very respectful ,professional and very friendly. The hospitality was excellent. He made sure I knew everything about the Sprinter and he made sure it was clean and road ready. Our trip had changed the timing a few times and Mr Norman he made sure everything was taking care of to change the timing and we were able to travel without rushing to get back on time. I plan to book again soon with him. Service 10/10 highly recommended. Thank you for making my first trip with Turo a pleasant experience.

The car was exactly as described, and pickup/ drop-off was seamless. The host was super responsive and helpful throughout.

Great service, host was helpful friendly and attentive would definitely rent again.

Oh, forgot to mention, the insulation not great on the driver side windows. So many times I checked to see if the windows was open, it was wind noise as if the windows was open but it was not. Everything else great and host was excellent

Brian is alway great to work with. The van is clean, ready to go, and an efficient operation.

Thank you to our host, the van was dropped off at a convenient location. He was fast to respond and easy to communicate with.
Overall reliable vehicle and luxurious style van! The back is just super loud because AC in summer works quite hard I think?

Wow! Let me tell you renting this van made our Vegas experience 10x better!! From the moment I received the rental from this lovely couple the experience was delightful! They were not only welcoming, but took the time to get to know me and tell me a little about themselves. My friends and I enjoyed every single car ride in this lovely spacious vehicle. 10/20 for this experience. We will definitely be renting this van out again. Thank you again for making our experience that much better!! 🥳🙌🏼😊
Honolulu offers incredible diversity from world-famous Waikiki Beach to the historic Pearl Harbor memorials and the crater hike at Diamond Head. You can drive to Hanauma Bay Nature Preserve for snorkeling, explore the cultural exhibits at Iolani Palace, or venture to the Polynesian Cultural Center on the island's north side. Having a rental car gives you the flexibility to visit multiple beaches in one day, transport all your gear to different locations, and discover hidden gems like Lanikai Beach or the hiking trails in the Ko'olau Mountains.
Pearl Harbor stands as one of America's most significant historical sites, featuring the USS Arizona Memorial, USS Missouri Battleship, and Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum. You'll find ample parking available at the visitor center, though arriving early helps secure the best spots. The memorial sits just west of downtown Honolulu, and the drive takes you through historic Honolulu Harbor with scenic views of the coastline.
Diamond Head crater offers one of Oahu's most iconic hiking experiences with panoramic views of Honolulu and the Pacific Ocean from its 760-foot summit. The trailhead features a parking area that fills quickly during peak hours, making early morning visits ideal for both parking and cooler temperatures. You can access the monument via Diamond Head Road, which winds around the crater's exterior and provides glimpses of the volcanic formation.
Hanauma Bay delivers world-class snorkeling in a protected marine sanctuary where tropical fish thrive among coral reefs in crystal-clear waters. The preserve requires advance online reservations and charges an entrance fee, with a large parking area serving visitors throughout the day. You'll drive along the scenic Kalanianaole Highway to reach this natural wonder, passing through residential areas with stunning ocean vistas.

• By cruise ship: Honolulu Harbor welcomes cruise vessels from the mainland and other Pacific destinations
Book your cargo van rental early on Turo since these vehicles are popular for island moves, beach equipment transport, and group adventures. Look for vans with features like backup cameras for navigating tight parking spaces, air conditioning for Hawaii's tropical climate, and keyless entry for convenience at beach stops. Consider the van's cargo capacity based on your planned activities whether you're moving apartments, transporting surfboards, or carrying camping gear for multi-day adventures around the island.

Consider your cargo volume and weight when selecting a cargo van rental in Honolulu, as standard vans handle furniture for studio apartments while larger models accommodate multi-bedroom moves. Measure your largest items beforehand to ensure they fit through the van's rear doors and interior height. Honolulu's narrow residential streets favor compact cargo van rentals, making maneuverability as important as storage capacity for successful moving projects.
Load heavy items like appliances and boxes first against the front wall of your cargo van rental, then fill gaps with lighter belongings to maximize space efficiency. Distribute weight evenly across the van's floor to maintain proper handling on Honolulu's hilly terrain and coastal roads. Pack fragile items in the middle section surrounded by soft materials, keeping frequently needed supplies accessible near the rear doors of your rental van.
Allow extra following distance when driving your cargo van rental through Honolulu's busy intersections and tourist areas, as loaded vans require more stopping distance than regular cars. Use your mirrors frequently and signal early when changing lanes, since cargo van rentals have larger blind spots than typical rental cars. Navigate Honolulu's downtown area during off-peak hours when possible, as the increased height and length of cargo van rentals require more careful maneuvering in tight spaces.
Use proper lifting techniques and recruit helpers when loading heavy furniture into your Honolulu cargo van rental, bending your knees and keeping your back straight during the process. Position large items like refrigerators and dressers against the van's side walls where they can be secured most effectively. Create a clear path from your home to the rental van and use furniture dollies or moving straps to reduce physical strain during loading.
Bring tie-down straps and moving blankets to secure furniture and boxes against the walls of your cargo van rental, preventing items from shifting during transport through Honolulu's winding roads. Anchor heavy appliances to the van's built-in tie points and use cargo nets for smaller boxes that might slide around. Fill empty spaces with soft items or padding to create a tight load that won't move when your rental van turns or stops suddenly.
Check your cargo van rental's payload capacity before loading, as most standard vans handle 3,000-4,000 pounds including passengers and fuel weight. Distribute heavy items evenly throughout the van rather than concentrating weight in one area, which can affect handling and tire wear during your Honolulu move. Monitor how your loaded rental van feels when driving and reduce cargo if the van seems sluggish or difficult to control on Hawaii's varied road conditions.
