Chris was an outstanding host from start to finish. Communication was excellent, pickup and drop-off were simple, and everything was exactly as described. The Mercedes-Benz GLC was spotless, well-maintained, and drove like a dream. It made our trip even more enjoyable with its comfort, style, and reliability. Chris went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. Car was in the shape it was advertised. The sunglasses holder is broken so it hangs down open. This posed a problem with me because of my height and when the little plastic corner hits your forehead because you are reaching for it, it hurts. The drivers seat needs a seat cover as the stitching has failed and because of my size I was afraid just sitting down would do more damage to the seat leather. The car is a very nice car other than the things noted. The pick up was quite convenient. The drop off was not so convenient because of the directional signs at the airport but Turo Mercedes was helpful on facetime for us to finally find the correct entrance to the parkin area. Overall the experience was pleasant for a first time Turo user. I would use Delphina and Turo again.

Another beautiful ride, although there was a unknown sound coming from the car and I was uncomfortable too drive it because I did not want to be responsible if something worse happened I called up Eddie and told him the issue, he gave me couple options, I could get a full refund of car or he can look if he has another car available. And yes he did have another vehicle, however because the other car that was available was much BIGGER and much NEWER there would be an additional cost, which I totally understood. With that being said I still liked it because the price was reasonable, affordable, hosts was amazing, they made sure I was okay with that offer, and of course another beautiful ride for my family, we still took it. Eddie then told me they are going to complimentary Waive our upgrade fee for the new car because of what happened with the Mercedes. I was so appreciative for what they did for us, 10/10 will rent from them again. They took great care of us and always made sure we were good and comfortable with ride. We will be booking with them every time we go Oahu!

We rented a Mercedes-Benz convertible through Turo and the experience was fantastic. The process was incredibly convenient: no need to visit an office, as the car was waiting for us at the airport parking lot. Picking up and dropping off the car was as easy as if it were our own vehicle. This hassle-free experience was far superior to any traditional car rental service. Highly recommend Turo for its simplicity and ease, and we can’t say enough good things about the Mercedes-Benz from Jeff D. The car was amazing, comfortable, fast, and secure!

Dwayne was a great host. He explained everything in great detail. Also if you had any questions he was readily available. The car was great no issues. If you want to ride around the island in style select Dwayne’s Mercedes Benz. Would highly recommend.

Eddie was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. His 2019 Mercedes E-Series was spotless, smooth, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for when renting a luxury vehicle. The car drove beautifully and made the entire trip feel elevated. What really stood out was Eddie’s professionalism and customer service. He communicated clearly, made pickup and drop-off easy, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. You can tell he takes pride in both the vehicle and the guest experience. The car was a little small for all of our luggage, but we we Tetris experts and made it work. Julie was amazing helping us to coordinate getting off the NCL Pride of America and allowing us to return it at the airport the same day. It would have been perfect size if it had just been my wife and I, but we had 4 in our group with 5 large bags. I would definitely recommend Julie and her very nice Mercedes!

Great car, clean and best of all clear, concise and easy pick-up and drop-off instructions! There is a super helpful video to show us exactly where to drop-off the car. Would definitely rent from them again due to the easy and hassle-free process!

Mercedes Van was just what we need it - very spacious and comfortable to drive. Great communication with the host included detailed instructions for the pick up and drop off (even video of the route to the airport). Greatly recommended.

Host had clear directions to follow for location pick up. The car itself was clean and kept nicely. I will definitely rent again!
