We rented this Mercedes-Benz E300 for 5 days and were very impressed. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove exceptionally well throughout our trip. The ride was smooth and quiet, the seats were comfortable even on longer drives, and the vehicle had plenty of power when needed. The interior felt luxurious and well-maintained, and all features worked perfectly. Overall, it was a reliable, enjoyable car that made our trip even better. Would gladly rent this E300 again.

Another beautiful ride, although there was a unknown sound coming from the car and I was uncomfortable too drive it because I did not want to be responsible if something worse happened I called up Eddie and told him the issue, he gave me couple options, I could get a full refund of car or he can look if he has another car available. And yes he did have another vehicle, however because the other car that was available was much BIGGER and much NEWER there would be an additional cost, which I totally understood. With that being said I still liked it because the price was reasonable, affordable, hosts was amazing, they made sure I was okay with that offer, and of course another beautiful ride for my family, we still took it. Eddie then told me they are going to complimentary Waive our upgrade fee for the new car because of what happened with the Mercedes. I was so appreciative for what they did for us, 10/10 will rent from them again. They took great care of us and always made sure we were good and comfortable with ride. We will be booking with them every time we go Oahu!

Chris was an outstanding host from start to finish. Communication was excellent, pickup and drop-off were simple, and everything was exactly as described. We rented a Mercedes-Benz convertible through Turo and the experience was fantastic. The process was incredibly convenient: no need to visit an office, as the car was waiting for us at the airport parking lot. Picking up and dropping off the car was as easy as if it were our own vehicle. This hassle-free experience was far superior to any traditional car rental service. Eddie was absolutely exceptional from start to finish. His 2019 Mercedes E-Series was spotless, smooth, comfortable, and exactly what you hope for when renting a luxury vehicle. The car drove beautifully and made the entire trip feel elevated. What really stood out was Eddie’s professionalism and customer service. Car was in the shape it was advertised. The sunglasses holder is broken so it hangs down open. This posed a problem with me because of my height and when the little plastic corner hits your forehead because you are reaching for it, it hurts. The drivers seat needs a seat cover as the stitching has failed and because of my size I was afraid just sitting down would do more damage to the seat leather. The car is a very nice car other than the things noted. The pick up was quite convenient. The drop off was not so convenient because of the directional signs at the airport but Turo Mercedes was helpful on facetime for us to finally find the correct entrance to the parkin area. Overall the experience was pleasant for a first time Turo user. I would use Delphina and Turo again.

The pickup and drop-off instructions were very clear, making everything smooth and stress-free. The car was exactly as described in the listing—clean, modern, and in excellent condition.
