Toyota rental in Honolulu, HI

Car was as described. There was a delay with the reservation due to the previous renter not communicating, and because the host was not at first very communicative about the delay. They did compensate me for the 50 minute delay but this is something to keep in mind if there is any urgency to your booking time for appointments or check in etc. Beyond that though, the rental was as described and a good price. I’d rent it again.

Van was wonderful. Hosts were so kind and gave exact instructions for picking up and dropping off car. Being able to rent a car seat, boogie boards and snorkel gear was so helpful and saved us so much money in the end. Would highly recommend these hosts for car rentals!

Renting a car through Yongbin was incredibly easy from start to finish. Communication was excellent, and the pickup and drop-off instructions were clear and straightforward. The price was much more reasonable than the major rental car companies, making it an excellent value. Yongbin was very responsive throughout the process, and the car was clean, reliable, and felt very safe to drive. Justin was an amazing host! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was incredibly kind and easy to work with. When we picked up the Toyota Camry, he walked us through everything and pointed out any small things with the car ahead of time so there were no surprises — which I really appreciated. Before our trip he even checked to see if we needed anything, and when it was time to return the car he helped us find a nearby gas station to fill up. That level of thoughtfulness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Justin was so pleasant to deal with, and the whole rental process was easy and enjoyable. I will definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in Oahu and need a car. Highly recommend!

Emily was great to work with and so friendly! Everything was super easy, she dropped the van off to us right when we got off the plane! The van was great, didn't have any issues. We also added a child seat and that was so great to not have to bring with us! Plus, her price for a car seat was much cheaper than anyone else! For some reason, minivans are way more expensive to rent from a rental company than other cars so this was a perfect option! Would definitely do it again!

This was a last minute rental as the prior rental was wrecked the morning of our trip and we were notified that morning that they had to cancel the reservation. We got lucky that we were able to find this car the same day we were arriving in Hawaii. Car was clean, communications were excellent, and the price was reasonable. Great experience with this Toyota Corolla Hybrid! The pickup location was easy to find and conveniently close to the airport, which made the start of our trip super smooth. The car was spotless when I picked it up and drove like a dream. The gas mileage was amazing—especially helpful with Hawaii’s gas prices. Perfect choice for getting around the island efficiently. Would definitely rent again!

Super easy for our first Turo rental. We chose to only rent a car for the day due to the hotel daily parking price. This rental was in walking distance of our hotel. We were able to tour the island, hike, swim, and even visit the Disney Aulani hotel. We were pretty tuckered out at the end of our day and dropped off early after refueling. The only downside was there was no sunroof in the RAV4 as advertised in the special features section. Overall, we would rent from Ken again.
