Yong was an excellent host for the RAV4, it was nice to have a SUV rental so close to my hotel on Waikiki. The car was well kept, USB connections available to charge the phones, and bluetooth connectivity is a bonus if you want to setup audio on your drive. Yong was just great and very communicative and flexible too since we actually ended early our Turo earlier than expected. Thank you again! I hope to Turo again with you the next time we visit.

Great way to rent a car in Waikiki! We wanted to head to the North Shore and it was a bit of a last minute decision and the host at Dukes recommended Turo and we found Pengfei's Rav4 available and couldn't have been happier. Pick up was super easy and close to our hotel, car was clean and even provided a booster seat, easy to navigate with Apple Carplay. Great communication throughout and easy return. Will definitely book again when back in Waikiki.

What really stood out was the host’s willingness to work with my schedule and help coordinate pickup and drop-off logistics. He went above and beyond to make the rental experience stress-free, which I greatly appreciated. Justin was an amazing host! His communication was excellent from start to finish, and he was incredibly kind and easy to work with. When we picked up the Toyota Camry, he walked us through everything and pointed out any small things with the car ahead of time so there were no surprises — which I really appreciated. Before our trip he even checked to see if we needed anything, and when it was time to return the car he helped us find a nearby gas station to fill up. That level of thoughtfulness made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Justin was so pleasant to deal with, and the whole rental process was easy and enjoyable. I will definitely rent from him again the next time I’m in Oahu and need a car. Highly recommend!

Great experience with this Toyota Sienna. The van was super clean, had excellent gas mileage (honestly unbeatable), and pickup and drop-off were very easy. Host communication was good and made everything smooth. The extras like car seats were incredibly helpful for traveling with little kids. We really enjoyed it and would absolutely rent again on our next trip.

Emily was great to work with and so friendly! Everything was super easy, she dropped the van off to us right when we got off the plane! The van was great, didn't have any issues. We also added a child seat and that was so great to not have to bring with us! Plus, her price for a car seat was much cheaper than anyone else! For some reason, minivans are way more expensive to rent from a rental company than other cars so this was a perfect option! Would definitely do it again!

This was a last minute rental as the prior rental was wrecked the morning of our trip and we were notified that morning that they had to cancel the reservation. We got lucky that we were able to find this car the same day we were arriving in Hawaii. Car was clean, communications were excellent, and the price was reasonable. Couldn’t ask for a smoother transaction. Much appreciated and will definitely rent again!!!

Great experience with this Toyota Corolla Hybrid! The pickup location was easy to find and conveniently close to the airport, which made the start of our trip super smooth. The car was spotless when I picked it up and drove like a dream. The gas mileage was amazing—especially helpful with Hawaii’s gas prices. Perfect choice for getting around the island efficiently. Would definitely rent again!

Super easy for our first Turo rental. We chose to only rent a car for the day due to the hotel daily parking price. This rental was in walking distance of our hotel. We were able to tour the island, hike, swim, and even visit the Disney Aulani hotel. We were pretty tuckered out at the end of our day and dropped off early after refueling. The only downside was there was no sunroof in the RAV4 as advertised in the special features section. Overall, we would rent from Ken again.
