William makes the entire process so easy and predictable. They bring the cars where you need them in Honolulu, pick them up in the same locations, and are beyond punctual. Cars are perfectly clean, in great driving shape, and the interiors are spotless. They’re the perfect hosts for car share on the island; we won’t use anyone else.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing experience from start to finish!William provided top-tier service during my trip to Waikiki. His communication was excellent, always responding quickly and keeping me updated. The absolute best part was the convenience—he arranged a seamless pickup and drop-off right at my hotel, which saved me so much time. William is incredibly reliable, honest, and professional. I highly recommend renting from him and will definitely book with him again next time I am in Oahu!

There had trunk issues at the beginning where it said that the trunk was still open (automatic trunk) then William instructed to try again and then it closed. Later in day when we tried to open it, it would only open half way. He said we needed to reset it but did not know how and so we youtube'd a video to close it manually as it wouldn't move. The car was nice and clean but the trunk issue disrupted our travel as we spent a long time to troubleshoot how to close the trunk.
