Car has some age but drives well. There were some hiccups on the guest front but the host was helpful. Doing checkout at night wasn’t as convenient as car rental return at airport, but that is more on the Turo business model than the host’s car or service. Overall, driving this van on the island was a pleasant experience.

Everything was good with the van. Pick up was easy car ran good and very good on gas will rent again.

Car was great and perfect for our 8 day trip. There are some minor dings here and there but that is all minor cosmetics and have nothing to do with the performance of the car. I forgot that older vans don't have air vents in the back but luckily the a/c was strong and cold so it would just take a few minutes of it running to reach the back. The front bench seat wasn't as long so it was easy to get in and out of the back seat which was a big bonus. I had a few questions before and during trip and Yuhe was very helpful and quick to respond. Great price for the van and I would definitely recommend it if you're looking for something dependable and roomy.

This van was AMAZING for my family trip to Hawaii! It was SO spacious and was amazing at loading everything we needed to make our trip run seamlessly. It was incredibly clean when e arrived and came with the option to include a car seat which was amazing! 10/10 recommend selecting this for your rental.
