Amazing experience renting from Eren! The BMW X1 was spotless, comfortable, and perfect for exploring Oahu. We drove all around the North Shore and even visited Pearl Harbor with zero issues — the car handled everything smoothly and was great on gas too. The vehicle drove incredibly smoothly and felt like pure luxury. They were also very accommodating and flexible when our drop-off time changed. The car was as shown in pictures and expected. Handful of dents and dings so be sure to get good pictures. The host was responsive and polite. Unfortunately, there was a hiccup with leaving the parking lot, and I had to pay an $81 lost ticket fee which was a bummer and out of our control but the host seemed to square it away with Turo and I should expect a refund. My only feedback would be to include the note about cleaning the car out in the description. One day prior to leaving we got a note to make sure and get all sand out of the vehicle or expect a fine, which seemed a bit extra for a car rental in a beach town. Overall, it was what was advertised and everything worked out. Thanks Gabriel
