Car was not maintained well. Suspension is worn, jumpy at highway speeds.
Safety inspection was expired by over a year
Would not recommend this car if it is not serviced soon, and would not recommend this host. Attitude changed after the trip when it was time for him to pull more money from you.
For context. I parked in the international garage floor 7 row J. Exactly where I picked it up. Getting charged $120 because I used the wrong gate to enter. Could have charged me the $30 ticket to exit, but no.
What a way to do business.

Great experience renting from Ben! The BMW was clean, comfortable, and drove extremely smooth. The convertible was perfect for cruising around Hawaii and made the trip even more enjoyable. Ben was also great to work with—he personally called me when I picked up the car to make sure I was good to go and had everything I needed. Pickup and drop-off were easy, and the car was well maintained with no issues at all. I’d definitely rent from Ben again. Highly recommend!

Ben was very helpful, and gave great process instructions as this was my first time using Turo. Will definitely rent from him again. The car was great and fun to drive. I miss manual transmissions as it seems to be becoming a thing of the past. This particular was great and had plenty of trunk space and everything worked well. Highly recommend!
