Pick up did not go as smooth as hoped, we couldn’t reach someone to get the car unlocked until trying multiple ways of contact, if it weren’t for another TURO renter nearby that helped out.

This was the best Turo experience I have every had. The cleanliness was great, pick up location super close and so easy to get to, and Quiana & Steven were so willing to help and answer any questions I might have. But their level of thorough explanations were AMAZING. Top tier service and a major 10/10. I will be renting with them again when I return to Oahu!
