I rented this 2022 Chevrolet Camaro for three days after reading some reviews from other renters, and honestly, I don’t understand the negative feedback. What do you really expect from a rental car? The car was clean and in good overall condition. As expected from an American car, there’s a lot of plastic inside, but everything worked well. I specifically saw reviews saying the charging ports didn’t work — in my case, the charging port in the center armrest worked perfectly. Apple CarPlay worked, the speakers sounded good, and the tires were in good condition. The only thing I noticed was that the front shocks are getting a little tired and could probably use replacement. Other than that, no complaints at all. For the price, this is an excellent rental. It was almost half the price of other Mustang/Camaro convertibles from rental companies. Definitely recommend it!

The host was easy to work with and very clear and communicative. The car gave us no trouble getting from point A to point B. What to expect: the passenger door doesn't lock/unlock when you click lock on the remote. So it has to be locked and unlocked from the inside. The trunk has to be opened from the inside as well because the original car key remote isnt used since it was broken. The body of the car is pretty rough. Dings and scratches/sun faded. The car also makes a whirring/whining noise that gets louder with speed, likely some bearing or driveline issues but did not affect the reliability of the car. Overall, happy with the car. all the above concerns are reflected in the rental price. Thank you.
