Unfortunately, the key fob didn’t work, so we weren’t able to lock the car for the entire trip. The reservation agent told us a locksmith would meet us to fix the locking mechanism, but we never received any follow-up and no one ever came. Wehad to leave the car unlocked everywhere we went, which felt very unsafe and was a major inconvenience.
