Convertible rental at Honolulu International Airport

Had a wonderful experience with this Jeep. The vehicle was clean and exactly as described, and handled our North Shore drive effortlessly. Taking off the top made cruising down the coastline an unforgettable experience. Didem was incredibly accommodating and responsive from pickup to drop-off, making the entire rental process completely hassle-free. Excellent Trip: Returning customer: 3rd time using this vehicle, host and supplier. All went very smooth. The communication was great from day one. The airport pick-up was well managed and the parked vehicle easy to locate, Vehicle was delivered on time and care free. The car itself was in overall great condition. All systems (navigation, Convertable top, lighting, displays and mechanics of The car) was excellent. The weather was good, therefore we were able to travel with the Convertable top lowered almost 24/7. Returning the vehicle, I errored and entered the wrong garage (my fault). I contacted the host, received an immediately response and without hesitation notified me, the lot I was in, would be more than accessible, take good pics so vehicle could be picked up and my normal airport (time) stressors were avoided - THANK YOU … The experience was excellent. We are fortunate and have the ability to visit Hawaii annually. We will continue to use this vehicle type and host in the future. Thank you (once again) for doing your part and making this trip memorable.

Hands down one of the best rental experiences I’ve had on Turo! The Jeep Wrangler was an absolute dream to drive—practically brand new, spotless inside and out, and handled the road with ease. The engine sounds incredible, the sound system made driving with music an absolute blast, and the fuel economy was surprisingly great. The host was brilliant from start to finish. Pickup was completely seamless, and having a dedicated parking spot provided made the entire trip stress-free. 10/10 host and vehicle—would book again without hesitation!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ This was, without question, one of the best rental vehicle experiences I’ve ever had. The Ford Bronco was absolutely perfect for exploring Oahu. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress. 5 stars. Great car, even better host. Aya was friendly and communicative from booking through drop-off, with very clear instructions every step of the way. She even went out of her way to secure a booster seat for our child, which was incredibly hospitable. The Jeep Rubicon 4xe was immaculate, and its vibrant teal color added to the vibe of our tropical Oahu getaway. It turned heads all over the island. We couldn't use the soft top because of the rain, but it drove great and fit 3 adults, 1 child, 2 large suitcases, 2 carry-ons, and backpacks with no problem. As a hybrid, the gas mileage was excellent. We drove a good amount and only filled up once, on the way back to the airport. It was our first time in a Jeep, and we're now seriously thinking about getting one of our own. We'll definitely rent from Aya again on our next trip to Oahu!

The car drove very well and was clean. The convertible was a lot of fun to enjoy on the island. We had a little bit of technical difficulty getting the AirPlay to connect to my phone, but Andy came to our hotel and helped us get it working, excellent customer service! I would definitely rent this car again if returning to Oahu!
