Jeep was perfect for our family and having the add on options for water toys was awesome! Jeep rides smooth and was very clean! It did rain on us a few times and the windshield wipers should really be replaced. Also after check out and reading my invoice I was charged for the airport parking pass 50 dollars. This was not disclosed to me when I asked to be able to pick up at the airport had I'd known I'd have picked it up across the street.... Host was very responsive and very accommodating! We ended up paying almost 700 for 6 days. Still better than car rental place. We would book with her again just pick another location.
Glad you enjoyed the Jeep and gear! We’ve replaced the wipers based on your feedback. To clarify the $50 fee: There is no airport parking fee. This is an improper return charge for parking in the wrong garage. Our instructions and video show the correct airport location, which is just across from baggage claim. As the only authorized airport spot, the airport charges a fee for improper return to the wrong garage. We’d love to host you again and help you navigate the process next time!
