Eren’s Chrysler Pacifica was a great Turo rental experience from start to finish! Pickup, the vehicle itself, and return were all seamless. Eren was quick to respond and easy to communicate with throughout the trip. The van was clean, well-maintained, and in fantastic shape, and the mats made it super easy to keep clean during our stay. 10/10 would recommend renting from him! We even did a quick vacuum and wash before returning it because my parents always taught me: “Return things the same as or better than you left it!”

The car was spotless and fun to drive. The included car seats were great for our toddlers. Plenty of storage room and leg room. I was disappointed it didn’t have the stow and vac but I just assumed it was included in the limited model. It was never advertised so no problem. The free car wash service while wasn’t used is a good service to offer. Would definitely rent again.
Brian was very accommodating when our original van had mechanical issues. He was very responsive and personally swapped our Dodge Caravan for a newer Chrysler Pacifica to get the other car fixed.

Pick up and drop off was easy. The original rental car had a small hiccup but Rochelle was able to accommodate me with this one. Just a van to get me and my family from A to B. My kids always enjoy vans when we go on trips because the extra rooms. We enjoyed it and would rent again.
