Great van for our family with kids and grandparents. Roomy to fit all of us and our luggage. Host had great communication and very clear messages about how to pick up and drop off the car, and which was the closest gas station to go to refuel which we really appreciated. Thanks for a great trip!

I have never used TURO before. But the experience was amazing. Our host was attentive, communicative, reliable, patient and kind.. he made our experience with the renting a car pleasurable. He was also able to provide us with a lot of information that made our trip more fun. The car that we rented was clean, efficient, and gave us no problems. It was a perfect size for my big family. Being able to rent an umbrella for the beach with an added bonus. But our host was so sweet he threw in an ice chest at free of charge. Picking up the car was very easy. He made sure to park the car so that it was easy access for us to grab once we arrived. We will definitely keep his information close by when we take our next trip to Hawaii. I have no complaints, only good reviews for this man.

The car was spotless and fun to drive. The included car seats were great for our toddlers. Plenty of storage room and leg room. I was disappointed it didn’t have the stow and vac but I just assumed it was included in the limited model. It was never advertised so no problem. The free car wash service while wasn’t used is a good service to offer. Would definitely rent again.
