Great experience overall! The host was very friendly, helpful, responsive, and easy to work with. The car was clean and comfortable inside, which mattered most to me, and I really enjoyed driving it around the island. I paid an additional $25 to activate the Full Self-Driving feature, and honestly it was absolutely worth it. I would pay for it again and definitely recommend asking about it if you rent this Tesla because it made the experience even more fun and convenient. The host was great throughout the rental and very accommodating. I would absolutely book with him again the next time I’m back on the island. Highly recommend!
Great experience! Matt was very helpful, friendly, and responsive throughout our trip. The Tesla Model Y was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our family trip around Oahu. Communication was always easy and he was quick to answer any questions we had. The only thing that was a little difficult was finding the parking area when returning the car, but overall everything went very smoothly. We had a wonderful experience and would definitely rent from Matt again. Highly recommended! Mahalo, Matt!

He is an incredibly kind and accommodating owner. First, I accidentally mixed up 6 PM and 6 AM, and he graciously agreed to change the reservation without any issue. Then, when I asked if we could move it to 9 PM instead, he kindly agreed to that as well. On top of that, even though our dinner ran late and it was past 9 PM, he came all the way to our restaurant to pick us up. I honestly can’t imagine a more thoughtful and customer-focused owner. He deserves far more than 5 stars—I would give him 100 stars if I could. Everyone should rent a car from him.

Communication with Ranko was super easy. He responded almost immediately to all our questions. When we landed, he granted access to his car through the Tesla app. His directions to where he left the car was detailed and made finding the car easy. Car was clean and charged. The car was in excellent condition. Drop off was just as easy. We usually travel to Hawaii about twice a year and are looking forward to renting Ranko's car again!
