Car was fantastic. From now on, will always rent a Tesla with FSD. Would definitely rent this one again the next time we are in Oahu.

Renting this Tesla through Turo was an outstanding experience from start to finish. The car was spotless, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. It drove smoothly, had plenty of battery charge at pickup, and made our trip comfortable and enjoyable. The host was friendly, responsive, and made both pickup and drop-off quick and hassle-free. Landon's Tesla was the perfect car for our trip. The flexible pickup/dropoff was very appreciated and convenient, and the included charging adapter made it easy to charge up at our hotel. The car drives great, fits plenty in the trunk, and had enough charge for multiple days of exploration around the island. Would definitely rent from Landon again!

He is an incredibly kind and accommodating owner. First, I accidentally mixed up 6 PM and 6 AM, and he graciously agreed to change the reservation without any issue. Then, when I asked if we could move it to 9 PM instead, he kindly agreed to that as well. On top of that, even though our dinner ran late and it was past 9 PM, he came all the way to our restaurant to pick us up. I honestly can’t imagine a more thoughtful and customer-focused owner. He deserves far more than 5 stars—I would give him 100 stars if I could. Everyone should rent a car from him.

Our experience with this host was excellent. We booked at the last minute, and when our travel plans changed unexpectedly, we asked if an even earlier pickup was possible. He went above and beyond to accommodate us and had the car ready ahead of schedule. Throughout the trip, he was incredibly responsive, helpful, and supportive whenever we had questions. He even let us use his Supercharging account, which made charging much easier and saved us from having to worry about the billing. The car itself is in great shape, especially for an older Tesla. It was very clean, drove well, and was a fun way to explore the island. This was my first experience driving a Tesla, so there was definitely a learning curve. I was surprised by how much time we spent charging and by how limited the charging options were around Waikiki. That’s more of a Tesla ownership experience than anything related to this host or his vehicle. The only suggestion I’d make is to include a J1772-to-Tesla adapter with the car if possible. Our condo had an EV charger, but because it wasn’t a Tesla connector, we couldn’t use it. Having that adapter would have made charging much more convenient during our stay. Overall, I have nothing but positive things to say about this host. He was accommodating, communicative, and made the rental process incredibly easy. I’d happily rent from him again. Thank you

This was my first time driving a Tesla. It was a great experience. The owner’s communicated well with me to help me navigate how to drive a Tesla. They always responded right away. Thank you for your assistance. They sent photos and videos on how to return the car. That was very helpful too!

Without exaggeration, Gary stands out as the best owner — truly in a different league from other 5-star hosts. Many people simply lend out cars they rarely drive, which often means the vehicles are not properly maintained. Gary is completely different. He takes excellent care of his Tesla. When you get in the car, I recommend checking the tire pressure first. Gary always keeps it at 42 PSI. Because Teslas are quite heavy, tire pressure naturally drops by about 0.5 PSI per month. If left unchecked for six months, it can easily fall to 37–38 PSI, increasing the risk of punctures. That’s why I strongly recommend renting from a conscientious and well-maintained owner like Gary.

Great trip in this Tesla! The car was spotless and fully charged at pickup, exactly as described. Handoff was smooth and communication with the host was quick and easy. The car drove perfectly — smooth, quiet, and a blast on the highway. Would definitely rent from this host again. Highly recommend!

This car was perfect for what we needed for our time on Oahu! It was so much fun, driving the Tesla and made for easy parking, etc. but it also had great storage space for our days beach hopping. Also, the host was extremely responsive and helpful!

Car was all I ever wanted it to be. Makes me want a Model X now. The car was clean and free of any odors. Fun to drive and “not drive” with FSD. FSD is a game changer and recommended for anyone who’s wanting to tour the island. Francis was a model host and would rent from him again. See you in 2027!
