Ben was such a pleasure to work with!!! This was my first time renting a car through Turo, so I really didn’t know how this service will be like. He made our car rental experience a breeze! He was there on time to drop off the Jeep at our hotel and kept great communication throughout our trip. If we text asking questions about the Jeep, he called right away to walk us through it. Nice car, great ride. Car was waiting for me when arrived. Although International garage is harder to get to than the convenience of the usual car rental. Good communications and price. Turo has been a hit and miss at times but this has been a good experience .

Mathew was very friendly and had clear instructions for how to pick up and drop off the car. He was very accommodating when I asked for an extra hour extension. As for the car, the jeep drove great, no issues. Everything on the island is pretty close together so mileage was never an issue although I suspect the true mileage is better than advertised. I filled up three times in 6 days. I loved my time in Hawaii and Mathew letting us rent his made things very easy! Highly recommend!

I had a great experience renting from Aibos! The purple Jeep Wrangler was perfect. Purple is my favorite color, so getting to drive my dream car around made the experience even better. 10/10 experience with PJ and his white Jeep Wrangler!! Everything went smoothly and I would absolutely rent from him again the next time I’m on Oahu. PJ was extremely responsive before and during my trip and never took more than a couple minutes to respond! Pickup was easy, the car was clean and in great condition, perfect car for dropping the roof in Hawaii, drop off instructions were very clear. I also got to meet PJ in person during drop off and he is such a friendly and kind person. It feels right to support a local guy like him instead of a large car rental company. Great car and great communication from Brian! Easy and clear directions for both pickup and drop off had no issues with either. Had the Jeep for just over a week and was a blast to drive around the island, comfortable like a SUV but just compact enough to get into tight spaces at the beaches when needed! Would definitely rent again next time I’m on the island!

This was a great experience! It was my first time using Turo, and I am a huge skeptic with ride sharing programs, but my girlfriend talked me into trying versus renting from a traditional car rental agency. The host made it really easy to pickup and deliver the vehicle. Me being a car guy, noticed the vehicle was very well maintained which eased my mind driving the vehicle and allowed us to really enjoy and explore the island.
