We’re sorry for the short-notice disruption. This cancellation resulted from the same coolant hose failure that caused the overheating during the Jeep’s previous trip. We immediately removed the vehicle from service, and the dealership replaced the failed hose. The Jeep is now repaired and back in service. Guest safety and proper maintenance remain our priorities.
Our host was amazing with communication and pick up / drop off was easy. Unfortunately, the car overheated within 2 days of our rental, so we had to turn it in early and find a new rental. It was a minor inconvenience, but the host was quick to help us and got the car to the dealership immediately.

Guest safety and vehicle maintenance are our highest priorities, so we immediately removed the Jeep from service. The dealership replaced the cracked hose, tested the cooling system, and road-tested the Jeep with no further leaks or overheating before it returned to service.
The host was professional polite. The car was not for us but that is due to our family size etc. but I truly appreciate that the host was gracious in letting us return the car early. Great customer service

We got a yellow Jeep. And we learned that in Oahu you need a car to have the full experience. Their Jeep make our trip way better, we were able to drive around the Island and explore beautiful beaches. We experience 2 issues with the car (stuff that happens, like a flat tire), we message them, they responded fast, and came to us to fix it (quick fix too) both times. Thank you for the amazing experience and service!!!
