We found this car to rent on Turo for our Hawaii trip and it was so easy to book and communicate through out the process suv was roomy and good on gas mileage a 7 seater with a little truck space comfortable for a family of 4-5 picking up and dropping off was easy. We had an amazing experience renting the Kia Carnival during our trip to Hawaii, and it was all thanks to Priscilla and her husband! From the very beginning, they were friendly, responsive, and went above and beyond to make the rental process smooth and stress-free. The van itself was spotless, spacious, and perfect for exploring the island with our family. It was extremely comfortable and handled beautifully during each drive. The added touches and thoughtful extras they included (beach chairs, umbrellas) made it clear that they genuinely care about their guests having a great experience. What truly stood out, though, was the Priscilla’s hospitality. She communicated clearly, answered all our questions promptly, and even offered helpful local tips that really enhanced our trip. Pickup and drop-off were seamless and well-organized, which made everything so much easier for us. We even left valuable things in the car and they immediately notified us and are working with us to ship our things back to California. I would absolutely rent from them again and recommend them to anyone visiting Hawaii. Five stars all the way!

Moniqa was the perfect host, friendly and organized. Pick-up and drop-off went without a hitch. We purposely rent Kia soul's because they are the perfect island car. This car was clean and ready to go for our visit to the island, made us feel and look local. We would definitely book with her again. Mahalo!

Robert was an outstanding Turo host — professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was excellent from start to finish; he always responded promptly and clearly, which made the entire process smooth and stress-free. When we arrived in Honolulu, we messaged Robert after landing and again after picking up our baggage. Once we let him know the column number where we were waiting, he met us right at the curb of the airport. It was a seamless and super convenient process! He greeted us with a warm welcome, explained a few of the car’s basic functions, and handed over the keys — we were off on our Oahu adventures within minutes. The car itself was spotless upon pickup and has clearly been very well maintained — it felt almost like new! It was much nicer than the worn-out rentals we’ve received in the past from the big-name car rental companies. We made sure to treat Robert’s car respectfully and do our best to return it in the same condition. That said, we did explore quite a bit of the island, so some sand and dirt inevitably came along for the ride (sorry, Robert!). At the end of our trip, we met Robert at his home, and he and his wife kindly let us follow them back over to our airport terminal to our drop-off location to retrieve their car. Just like pickup, the return process was simple, flexible, and stress-free. Robert was accommodating to our needs and requests throughout the entire rental process, and his thoughtful service made a great impression. I HIGHLY recommend renting from him if you’re looking for a clean, reliable vehicle and an all-around excellent rental experience in Honolulu. We would absolutely rent from Robert again on our next trip to Oahu!

For my first time using Turo, Chanyle and Jon were amazing to work with. They were clear with guidance throughout the booking process and for pickup and drop off the vehicle. I needed to extend the vehicle an extra day due to changes, and they were accommodating and understanding. They gave me the directions to extend the trip. Very professional people to work with. They shared the car wash 808 subscription to get the car wash before turn in. Super helpful. The car was clean. It was spacious for my family’s trip on the island. The moonroof was an added plus utilizing the car. The hybrid SUV, was a game changer on gas as it saved on gas a lot. Worth the price on Turo. Overall amazing experience. This car was perfect for what we needed. It is great on gas, a lot of trunk space, clean, and in good working order. The host was responsive when I didn't see the code in the instructions, my oversight. Would rent again.

This was the first time we used Turo and we were very blessed to find Moniqa and Bob. They made the pickup and drop off so easy and made every effort to help us with getting our luggage in and out of the car. The Kia Soul they provide was very clean and shined and provided with a lot of amenities. It had a lot of head room and leg space and could accommodate our two luggage and bags plus my walker. It was easy to drive and did well on gas mileage. Cannot say enough about Moniqa and Bob’s graciousness and help. We would contact Moniqa again if we ever need a car rental on Oahu.

Leon was an excellent host! The car was clean, practically brand new, and had very low mileage. He was friendly, accommodating, and made the entire rental process easy. He even allowed us to return the car at our hotel instead of the original pickup location, which was incredibly convenient. We highly recommend Leon and would definitely rent from him again!

Car was as pictured. Drove fine. It was almost due for a tune up and going up Makakilo drive which is very steep was a little challenging, but she made it. The Airbnb we stayed at had a pretty steep garage turn in and due to a thunderstorm it was challenging and a little scary since it almost didn’t make it up but overall nothing crazy. Only real issue I had was that it was in the international garage and we flew into terminal 2 with 2 little ones and 2 car seats which had I known I honestly would’ve found a different car. It was an extra almost 30 minute walk trying to find the car. I asked if I could please be billed for the difference if they let me park in terminal 2 and did not receive a call back until after my trip time was over. I was really disappointed. I always try to support locals being from O’ahu myself, and the lack of communication was very upsetting. I was super flexible when they changed the vehicle from a 2025 carnival to a 2019 Sedona, even though it’s wild to me that they would be the same price. Overall the space is what you’re choosing with the van and it does have Apple car play which is nice.
