Van functioned great, one taillight broken and one headlight out. Tags were also expired. Renter reached out and tried to solve the issues but we just didn’t have time to meet up on our trip. Communication was great and instructions were detailed. Thanks!

The vehicle worked great. The hosts were great. Would definitely suggest using them.

Vehicle ran fine and made it through our trip. Host was friendly and responsive. Vehicle had significant damages on exterior, warning lights on dash ( tire pressure, airbag, and engine light randomly). Wipers were not great (had a lot of rain during trip.) Front left headlight was extremely dim compared to the right.
