Fantastic car rental experience! The vehicle was practically brand new, spotless inside and out, and smelled fresh when we picked it up. It was clear that the car was very well maintained and cared for. The entire process was smooth and hassle-free, and the staff was friendly and professional. Having such a clean, comfortable, and reliable vehicle made our trip even more enjoyable. We also came with our toddler and it was so spacious for all our baby items. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to others!

Zahit was a professional host. He’s responsive and accommodating. We’ve rented this car twice during our trip and never had an issue. The car was clean, comfortable, and drove great. I will definitely rent a car from Zahit again if I’m visiting Oahu.

Van ran well, hosts were easy to deal with, pick up and return at airport garage was pretty straightforward, good alternative to major car rental companies.

Kevin was very accommodating considering my reservation was made at the last minute and throughout the short duration of my rental, he made sure everything with the car was ok for me. I had a fantastic experience. They provided an address to pick up the car and even left an aux cord, piece to plug our phone charges into, and a phone holder. I was very happy to have an easy car to drive that could be parked easily, rather than a truck or SUV that gives more stress. It was perfect for us to explore Hawaii during our visit. They also had options to add other helpful things like a cooler and chairs. They made the process easy and stress free!

This was my first time using Turo and it was super easy thanks to Ulan. I rented his car last minute during our trip since we wanted to hit North Shore. Ulan's vehicle was clean inside and out and the tank was full. Meeting up with Ulan to get the vehicle was very easy and stress free. Kevin’s Turo rental was awesome, he is a wonderful host! very thorough with details of pick up and drop off. Car is clean inside and out, unlike some big rental companies. Communication is wonderful no issues at all. I will most definitely rent again and I highly recommend it! The Nissan Versa was a trusty older ride that got me everywhere I needed to go safe and sound. John was a great host—very responsive, kind, and full of helpful tips about the island (like being mindful with street parking and not leaving belongings visible in the car). That advice was much appreciated! Dropping the car off a day earlier than planned was no problem at all, which made things really convenient. Thanks for letting me rent your car, John!
