Had a easy pick up good communication car had no issues

Instructions could be better and not last minute or the day of, it was hard for me to plan my trip and logistics not having the information prior instead of the day of. Not sure if that is a Turo or host thing. Also, car had a winding noise while driving and would go away the faster I drove which made me nervous the entire trip. Other than that, when the host would respond he was nice and courteous.
Aloha. Sorry to hear the vehicle was not satisfactory. The instructions are given by Turo 1 hour prior to your booking times. We do send message but do not send them too ealry because the Turo liability insurance only kicks in 30min prior to your start times and we do not want guests starting the trip too early and not having coverages.
The airport pick up and drop off is set by Turo and we are only allowed to park at the international parking structure per Turo policy. Mahalo

Great little car. Perfect for driving around O'ahu. It was very clean, fuel efficient and easy to work with the host. I will definitely be renting this car again upon my return.

Car quality was just right for our need on the island. And the host , Mike was great and flexible to work with when it came to drop off and pickup . Would recommend- mahalo 🤙
