We had a great first experience using Turo! We rented a Cadillac from a local host who was extremely friendly, communicative, and helpful throughout the entire process. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Everything went smoothly from pickup to drop-off, making our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely rent from this host again and highly recommend both them and Turo!

As a first time Turo user, this was a great experience. Everything was so efficient. Benay was easy to get a hold of and did a great job providing instructions on how to return the car with screenshots which really helped. We would definitely rent with Benay again when in Honululu!

We had an incredible experience renting from Benay. The renter was amazing to deal with, extremely accommodating, very kind, and always available whenever we needed anything. The car itself was in fantastic condition—smooth ride, very comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for. We had 5 adults and 1 toddler, and everyone fit with no problem. Benay was thoughtful enough to install a child car seat ahead of time, which made things so much easier for us. We were also able to fit a large stroller, 3 beach chairs, plenty of towels, food, and other items, all while still being comfortable. The car was simple to figure out as first-time users. It didn’t have confusing or unnecessary features—everything was clear and user-friendly. We absolutely loved it and will definitely rent from Benay again in the future.
