It did not work out well for us Expired tags and a dead battery less than one hour! Waiting for accommodations!

Pick up was super easy, and the host was very accommodating with our flight being delayed. The vehicle was mostly clean when picked it up. Lots of pet hair in the headliner, but nothing overly concerning. Drop off was not easy, it took me over 30 minutes to find the lot I was supposed to be dropping it off at. I followed the instructions from the host, but was still very lost and confused and ultimately not sure whether I completed the drop off correctly or not. Overall a pleasant experience, I would just recommend the host do a more thorough cleaning between customers and include more detailed drop off instructions to avoid confusion and frustration. Thank You!
