A great car had an excellent price.

My booking was at 12pm. My flight arrived a little early. I notified the host and was hoping I can pick up early. Wasn't allowed, I was told my pick up was at 12pm. So I had to wait the extra time until the car was ready. The time I scheduled was an estimate. I have no control over early flight arrivals or delays. Need to be a bit more flexible

Car itself was amazing but was charged during pick up to leave the parking garage by unhelpful staff, which was a terrible way to start the trip
