Emilio and his Volkswagen Jetta were great. Incredible customer service, was willing to answer any questions I had about it the car, the island, etc. He was always prompt and responsive to any questions always lending a helping ear. He was great not just for the car but local recommendations, where to eat, things to do, places to go, places to avoid. I couldn’t have asked for a better car rental experience. I would highly recommend renting with Emilio.

Emilio was an outstanding host. He dropped the Jetta off at my hotel right on time, and the car was clean, well maintained, and ran perfectly throughout my trip. What really stood out was how kind and accommodating he was. I traveled home to Hawaii to visit my ill mother and family, and after my mother passed away, I needed to extend my rental. Emilio was incredibly understanding and made the extension process easy. He also allowed me to return the car at the airport instead of meeting back at the hotel, which made an already difficult time much less stressful. I truly appreciate his compassion and flexibility. He went above and beyond, and I would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommended.

The host is very easy to communicate too and responds in a timely manner. If you have any issues or problems with the car he is very helpful and will come fix any issues for you. I highly recommend to rent your cars from him because he is an awesome host and there were no issues with the car.

Pickup was easy, drop off a little confusion as I thought I had to find street parking, which is literally impossible, but owner confirmed I could park in the gate so wasn't an problem then. The car was great, drove really well, AC worked awesome. The brakes and accelerator are very touchy but wasn't too big of an issue for me personally. I would rent from again.

This was an excellent car. Ran well, didn’t rattle like crazy on the highway, AC worked perfectly. Pick up and drop off were super easy and convenient and Brandon was a great host. Hundred percent would rent again.

Liam’s convertible was super fun to drive around the island and very comfortable. He provides lots of details for pickup and drop off. The location of car is walking distance or quick Uber ride from Waikiki. I especially liked his fast text response when I had a question. I will definitely rent from Liam again and look forward to driving the Volkswagen Convertible again too. Mahalo Liam!

The quality of the car was excellent. I was able to go anywhere and the fuel economy was very good. The pick-up location was close to the hotel, which was really helpful. The host was very kind until the end. Thank you very much. If I come to Hawaii again, I would like to rent a car again.
