Very easy to work with and the car was nice and clean. Check engine light came on the day after getting the car but everything worked fine. Would def rent again!

Firstly, Zack was such a gentleman. From our initial correspondence to pick up, his communication was stellar and so prompt. In terms of the trip itself, it made the trip 100x better. The Buzz was so spacious, smooth, luxurious and was an absolute dream to drive all around Hawaii. Any other vehicle would not have compared. The charging was exceptionally easy and driveability factor of the car itself was stellar. Zack is a professional, clearly. Incredible and gracious host. Very nice!! Was able to drop off the car a full 6 hours before a tow truck could find its way out there. Really appreciated the flexibility and prompt response. The car is well maintained and drove well. Large cargo space and lots of nooks and crannies for small stuff in the trunk.

Emilio and his Volkswagen Jetta were great. Incredible customer service, was willing to answer any questions I had about it the car, the island, etc. He was always prompt and responsive to any questions always lending a helping ear. He was great not just for the car but local recommendations, where to eat, things to do, places to go, places to avoid. I couldn’t have asked for a better car rental experience. Oz is an incredible host and was extremely flexible and accommodating for us! The Buzz is an excellent vehicle for a family trip and extremely easy and fun to drive. Added bonus is everyone smiles when they see you go by. Charging was also simple and straightforward on the island and never had any issues or range anxiety. I had a great experience renting the Volkswagen Taos for my trip to Honolulu. The car was clean, comfortable, and perfect for getting around the island. It was also easy to drive and had plenty of room for our needs, while still being compact enough to navigate Honolulu and find parking. The vehicle was in great condition, and the pickup and return process was smooth and convenient. Overall, it was a reliable and comfortable car for our trip, and I would definitely rent this Taos again. Highly recommended!

Hello. I have parked the car at the designated location and uploaded the photos to the Turo app. I fully refueled the car. Before starting the trip, it showed 440 miles of range. Pickup was easy, drop off a little confusion as I thought I had to find street parking, which is literally impossible, but owner confirmed I could park in the gate so wasn't an problem then. The car was great, drove really well, AC worked awesome. The brakes and accelerator are very touchy but wasn't too big of an issue for me personally. I would rent from again.
