Emilio was an outstanding host. He dropped the Jetta off at my hotel right on time, and the car was clean, well maintained, and ran perfectly throughout my trip.
What really stood out was how kind and accommodating he was. I traveled home to Hawaii to visit my ill mother and family, and after my mother passed away, I needed to extend my rental. Emilio was incredibly understanding and made the extension process easy. He also allowed me to return the car at the airport instead of meeting back at the hotel, which made an already difficult time much less stressful.
I truly appreciate his compassion and flexibility. He went above and beyond, and I would absolutely rent from him again. Highly recommended.

Emilio and his Volkswagen Jetta were great. Incredible customer service, was willing to answer any questions I had about it the car, the island, etc. He was always prompt and responsive to any questions always lending a helping ear. He was great not just for the car but local recommendations, where to eat, things to do, places to go, places to avoid. I couldn’t have asked for a better car rental experience. I would highly recommend renting with Emilio.
