Ulan was a fantastic host. He upgraded me to a new Nissan rogue because he heard knocking coming from the original car he was supposed to bring me, he took it upon himself to take the car to the mechanic and upgraded me free of charge. He delivered and picked up the car on time and to the exact location I needed it. Amazing host. 10/10 experience.

The pickup was easy and Ulan was right on time, the car was very clean (and nice smelling) and we appreciate how easy the process was even as we got the keys and inspected the car in busy Waikiki traffic. We would definitely rent from Ulan again!
