Pick up with Ulan was very easy and overall our trip with the Niro was very smooth. If you know these Niros at all, you know that they get great gas efficiency. I would absolutely rent again the next time we’re in Oahu. Mahalo!

It was a pleasure hosting you, thank you so much, and hope to see you again!
Ulan was a fantastic host. He upgraded me to a new Nissan rogue because he heard knocking coming from the original car he was supposed to bring me, he took it upon himself to take the car to the mechanic and upgraded me free of charge. He delivered and picked up the car on time and to the exact location I needed it. Amazing host. 10/10 experience.
