All great although I did receive the car at an 84% charge instead of 100%.

Do yourself a favor and pre-pay for recharging the car. Save yourself the headache of driving all over Oahu on your last day in Hawaii searching for a charging station. The one I finally found charged me $50 for use of the parking garage alone. Bao told me on pickup that I could have returned it without the recharge, but Turo app said it would fine me $80 for not charging. YMMV. Otherwise, a 5-star experience.

He is an incredibly kind and accommodating owner. First, I accidentally mixed up 6 PM and 6 AM, and he graciously agreed to change the reservation without any issue. Then, when I asked if we could move it to 9 PM instead, he kindly agreed to that as well.
On top of that, even though our dinner ran late and it was past 9 PM, he came all the way to our restaurant to pick us up. I honestly can’t imagine a more thoughtful and customer-focused owner.
He deserves far more than 5 stars—I would give him 100 stars if I could. Everyone should rent a car from him.
