This is my first experience with Turo. It's app did not insruct or detail that to enter the host's vehicle, a renter has to take photo of drivers license and self portrait to get into a host's vehicle. To locate the vehicle and to exit the Honolulu airport parking structure took me about 50 minutes. Thankfully the host answered my phone call and instructed me where his vehicle was. The Turo app as far as I know does not instruct the renter details of where to leave a guest vehicle when the renters rine is over
