We picked up the vehicle dirty. The vehicle was also infested with bugs and roaches. The host will send you a message about roaches in Hawaii, being from Hawaii I’ve never seen a vehicle this bad. We couldn’t get from the restaurant to the hotel with our leftovers, without having bugs climb into the containers. They were actively climbing through the cup holders and seats while we were sitting in the car. Carpets, seats and dash was dirty when we received it.

The first car that we received was absolutely infested with roaches. I’m talking 15-20 scattering anytime I opened the doors, and that’s just the ones that I could count. They tried to preface the whole trip saying that roaches are normal🤨 I’ve been there several times, rented cars or used family members cars that are local and never once had that problem. They finally agreed to trade me cars but that required driving over an hour to their lot and over an hour back to where we were staying. Then they charged me about 80 bucks for gas and there was zero compensation for my time or gas or the disgusting inconvenience. Seriously, it was so bad that i found a baby roach crawling on my leg 10 minutes after being out of the car.

Great car. Convenient to pick up from parking garage. I do recommend requesting the roach traps be put in regularly because they do attack any food items. That was my only challenge with the car. Would definitely rent from them again.
