Original we were very happy with this rental. Great communication they were very attentive, however it took a turn after the fact. I had put gas literally 30 mins prior to dropping off the vehicle filled it up. When I picked it up it was at 400 miles. When I dropped it off it was at 414 miles. I had already paid a lot for a rental. But then they try to charge me an extra fee due for gas when I turned it in with full tank. Not fair for them to try and sneak extra cash out of someone. Granted it's only $26 bucks but I don't believe that is fair or correct when someone turned it in legit the same way they received it. So for that I'm rating this a 1 star

"When I pick up it was 400...and drop-off at 414.". You are referring to the gas range which is adaptive to individual driving style. Fuel efficiency varies from person to person depending on how the person drives, and it's not a true gauge for the fuel level. The gas gauge was not full when the car was dropped off that's why we send you an invoice for fuel charge. This issue was escalated to Turo customer service, and after investigation they approved the fuel charge.
It’s was great experience riding in such a clean and comfortable car. We loved the service it offered.
