I rented Luke's brand new Model Y (under 500 miles!) for a 23-day trip around O'ahu, and it was hands down the best Turo experience I've had. The car was absolutely spotless — literally showroom condition — and drove like a dream the entire trip. Luke was outstanding from start to finish: super communicative, quick to respond, and made both pickup and drop-off completely effortless. No surprises, no hassle — everything was exactly as described and perfectly smooth. Pro tip for anyone visiting O'ahu: rent an EV. With gas prices on the island being what they are, the Model Y saved me a ton over 23 days, and charging was easy and cheap by comparison. Between the savings, the comfort, and Autopilot on those long drives to the North Shore, it's a no-brainer. If you're looking for a reliable host and an immaculate, brand new car, book with Luke. The hosts are absolutely spectacular people; very friendly, helpful, cheerful and positive. They actually came straight to the parking lot to give us the car and picked it up from the exact same location. We saved a solid 45 minutes because of them. Totally better than renting a car from a rental company where you’d have to take a shuttle and get upsold services you don’t need. The car itself was fun - we took the top off driving in the hills and it was a lot of fun. Thank you to the hosts that made our trip wonderful.

This was my first time ever renting a vehicle, I am glad that I chose Turo. The host was very professional and friendly, excellent communication, he was overall amazing! The vehicle it self was clean both the interior and exterior, just like brand new! The drive was smooth, car felt completely safe and reliable throughout the whole trip. If ever I should need a rental, I would re-book with the same host.
