We had a fantastic experience with our Turo rental! The RAV4 was perfect for our 10-day stay on Oahu. It was clean, comfortable, reliable, and exactly what we needed for getting around and exploring the island. One of the things that really impressed us was how great it was on gas! A full tank showed about 534 miles of range, and during our entire 10-day trip we only had to put gas in it once and even then, we still had about half a tank left. It was incredibly fuel-efficient, which was such a nice bonus while driving around Oahu. The entire rental process was easy and stress-free from beginning to end. Communication was great, everything was exactly as described, and having the RAV4 gave us the freedom to explore the island without having to worry about transportation. We would absolutely rent this vehicle again the next time we’re in Hawaii and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oahu. Thank you for helping make our vacation so easy and enjoyable! 🌺

We had an amazing experience renting a Jeep in Hawaii! The vehicle was perfect for exploring the island, but what truly made our experience special was the outstanding customer service from Caitlin. She was friendly, professional, and incredibly accommodating. She even went out of her way at the last minute to provide some goodies for my 40th birthday, which was such a thoughtful and special touch! Her kindness and willingness to go above and beyond made our trip even more memorable. The entire rental process was smooth and stress-free, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We had to rent a car last minute due to a family emergency and were coming from a different island, so finding a rental car through the traditional rental companies was very difficult. Renting through Turo worked perfectly for us! The car was very clean, easy to find, and exactly what we needed. The owners were also very accommodating and allowed us to extend our rental when we needed more time, which we really appreciated. The car was available, and the whole process was easy and convenient during a stressful time for our family. I would definitely rent from them again. This was my first time using Turo. Experience with the host was great with lots of helpful communication before and after. Price was outstanding especially when compared to mainstream rental car companies. Those are primary reasons for 5 star rating. Note this Durango does only have 5 seats as advertised as there is no 3rd row like most other Durangos. There is a dent on passenger door, but otherwise car was in decent shape. Would rent from this host again.

Car was as described. There was a delay with the reservation due to the previous renter not communicating, and because the host was not at first very communicative about the delay. They did compensate me for the 50 minute delay but this is something to keep in mind if there is any urgency to your booking time for appointments or check in etc. Beyond that though, the rental was as described and a good price. I’d rent it again.

This was my first Turo car rental. The Homda Pilot’s overall quality was excellent! The car was very clean and operated smoothly! The pickup point was in the international parking garage and had clear step by step directions how to get to the garage and what level and row it could be found. Any questions I had with picking up the car, where to exit or enter the garage to avoid extra fees were promptly answered! The price for the vehicle was also competitive and saved me some money over using the rental car companies. I highly recommend renting from Velocity!

The SUV was spotless, the top trim model, and had more than enough room for our whole family and all of our luggage. The tinted windows were a huge bonus since Hawaii is HOT, and that’s something you don’t usually get with traditional rental cars. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and hassle-free. Josh and his wife were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and just an all-around awesome couple to work with. They made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Hawaii!

I had a wonderful experience on the rental process. I rented an Acura MDX. The vehicle was clean at pickup and very well maintained. Really enjoyed the island breeze with its sunroof instead of taking a soft top on and off. Overall experience was excellent! Definitely renting again.

The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island. Knowing we had a reliable, comfortable vehicle allowed us to enjoy every moment of our trip without stress.
