Car was as described. There was a delay with the reservation due to the previous renter not communicating, and because the host was not at first very communicative about the delay. They did compensate me for the 50 minute delay but this is something to keep in mind if there is any urgency to your booking time for appointments or check in etc. Beyond that though, the rental was as described and a good price. I’d rent it again.

The SUV was spotless, the top trim model, and had more than enough room for our whole family and all of our luggage. The tinted windows were a huge bonus since Hawaii is HOT, and that’s something you don’t usually get with traditional rental cars. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and hassle-free. Josh and his wife were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and just an all-around awesome couple to work with. They made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Hawaii!

It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure.
