SUV rental at Honolulu International Airport

The Bronco was amazing and in beautiful condition. Wonderfully cared for and immaculate. Jarrod was also a wonderful Turo host! He was incredibly friendly, easy to communicate with, and made the entire rental process simple and stress-free. Everything went smoothly from start to finish, and we really appreciated how responsive and helpful he was throughout our trip. We had a great experience and would absolutely rent from Jarrod again. Highly recommend!

Car was as described. There was a delay with the reservation due to the previous renter not communicating, and because the host was not at first very communicative about the delay. They did compensate me for the 50 minute delay but this is something to keep in mind if there is any urgency to your booking time for appointments or check in etc. Beyond that though, the rental was as described and a good price. I’d rent it again.

Couldn’t have asked for a better SUV for our trip, price was great, the car is very well maintained and clean. The host did a great job making it easy to find upon pickup and return.

Nice car, great ride. Car was waiting for me when arrived. Although International garage is harder to get to than the convenience of the usual car rental. Good communications and price. Turo has been a hit and miss at times but this has been a good experience .

The SUV was spotless, the top trim model, and had more than enough room for our whole family and all of our luggage. The tinted windows were a huge bonus since Hawaii is HOT, and that’s something you don’t usually get with traditional rental cars. Pickup and drop-off were both quick and hassle-free. Josh and his wife were incredibly friendly, accommodating, and just an all-around awesome couple to work with. They made the entire rental process easy from start to finish. I would absolutely rent from them again and highly recommend them to anyone visiting Hawaii!

This SUV was a great fit for our family of five plus a baby. It gave us plenty of space for everyone to sit comfortably, along with all of our luggage and baby gear, without feeling cramped. It was clean, comfortable, and drove smoothly, which made exploring the island easy and stress-free. Pickup and return were both seamless, and the vehicle was exactly as described. It was incredibly spacious, comfortable, and surprisingly easy to maneuver, whether I was navigating Waikiki, winding mountain roads, or cruising along the coast. The visibility was excellent, the ride was smooth, and it gave us plenty of room for luggage, beach gear, and everything we needed for our family adventure. What truly made this experience exceptional, however, was the customer service. From start to finish, communication was outstanding. Every question was answered promptly, the pickup process was seamless, and the level of professionalism and kindness made us feel valued as guests rather than just another reservation. This vehicle became part of some of our most memorable moments in Hawaii, from breathtaking scenic drives to spontaneous stops along the island.
