Car was great. Renters really helpful. Would rent again!

The host Jimmy was amazing. I really appreciated his pre trip emails and responses to my questions. We were able to modify our request for car seats at the last minute with no problems. He is very kind and easy to work with. The vehicle worked great for our party of nine plus all of our luggage. We had toddlers so we had a lot of luggage. Pickup and drop off were a breeze. Nice addition of the lock box on the vehicle for key!! There were a few hiccups with the vehicle which will be looked at after our trip. All in all, would highly recommend people to rent their vehicle from Jimmy.

Car had high mileage and showed fatigue associated with it, but good for the low price I paid. Roger and his brother Allen were very nice and responded quickly to my issues and special requests, such as picking up the car at my residence on return day instead of returning it at the airport parking garage. He said he may retire this car soon. I will recommend to rent his new car when it becomes available because he will provide the same excellent service with a better car.

Roger was a Dream to work with; his communication is stellar and after missing our exit to the parking ramp, he talked with us on the phone and was very calming and understanding. The Ford focus was a nice size car to drive through downtown Honolulu traffic and around the North Shore of Oahu. We would absolutely rent from Roger again in the future!

Rick was amazing! He was super friendly and made the entire rental process incredibly easy. He met me right at my airport gate and walked me to the car, which was such a thoughtful touch. The customer service was 10/10 from start to finish. The car itself was spotless, drove smoothly, and made my trip even better. I couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Highly recommend renting from Rick—I will definitely book with him again!

Car was great aside from a knocking sound in the front end, possibly a ball joint. But got us around the island pretty well!

Jerod's Bronco was the right car to rent for any type of getting errands done. Drove smooth with no issues. Jerod is super awesome and a great host, he was super fast in responding and also set reminder of for return the rental. Which is good to ensure the guest doesnt forget. The van was great for our needs. We took a group of nine to the North Shore for exploring. Van is clean and well kept. Everything functions as expected. The ride is comfortable for a large vehicle. Andrea was great to rent from at every step of the way. This was my first Turo rental and she and her van made it a great adventure. Thank you, Andrea.

the best thing i did besides choosing to come to hawaii, was choosing to rent joey’s and brett’s mustang! both owners were super accommodating, communicative and car was performance. will recommend to all my friends are relatives that are coming yo hawaii.

The transit van rented from Pita was in excellent condition and he even went out of his way to reach out and offer a ride from the airport. I would definitely rent again from him and is highly recommended for a big group coming to visit the island.

Really fun mustang! I would reccomend renting this one as it’s fast and the convertible feature is absolutely perfect for Oahu. The host responds very quickly and is helpful and friendly! I’d rent again.
