Roger was a Dream to work with; his communication is stellar and after missing our exit to the parking ramp, he talked with us on the phone and was very calming and understanding. The Ford focus was a nice size car to drive through downtown Honolulu traffic and around the North Shore of Oahu. We would absolutely rent from Roger again in the future!

Rick was amazing! He was super friendly and made the entire rental process incredibly easy. He met me right at my airport gate and walked me to the car, which was such a thoughtful touch. The customer service was 10/10 from start to finish. The car itself was spotless, drove smoothly, and made my trip even better. I couldn't have asked for a better rental experience. Car was great aside from a knocking sound in the front end, possibly a ball joint. But got us around the island pretty well!

Jerod's Bronco was the right car to rent for any type of getting errands done. Drove smooth with no issues. Jerod is super awesome and a great host, he was super fast in responding and also set reminder of for return the rental. Which is good to ensure the guest doesnt forget. The transit van rented from Pita was in excellent condition and he even went out of his way to reach out and offer a ride from the airport. I would definitely rent again from him and is highly recommended for a big group coming to visit the island.

Great host and a fun car to drive around the island. really cool to have the convertible option to enjoy the ocean breeze. Host was really communicative. I was a little late to return the vehicle and the host was extremely understanding. Would not hesitate to rent from again.

This car was PERFECT for our family of 4 adults and 1 child with lots of luggage. The truck was clean and easy to pick up and drop off at the airport. We loved folding the top down and how easy it was to open and close. Also really nice to be able to lock our keys in the car and just use the door code, so we didn’t have to worry about losing them on different excursions. This was my first Turo rental, and FUMA was very communicative and easy to rent from. Would for sure do it again!

Car had high mileage and showed fatigue associated with it, but good for the low price I paid. Roger and his brother Allen were very nice and responded quickly to my issues and special requests, such as picking up the car at my residence on return day instead of returning it at the airport parking garage. He said he may retire this car soon. I will recommend to rent his new car when it becomes available because he will provide the same excellent service with a better car.

Easy Pick up and Drop Off. Ronnie is really cool guy. The car is great for my family of 4. AC is Cold, the car runs great and smooth. We rent it for a week and charge the car 2 times in Walmart Keamoku. Overall experience is Top Notch. We will rent it again from Ronnie. Thanks

Tony was a great and very helpful host. Was able to pick us up from the airport and take us to the vehicle. Has very quick response and very helpful. His van was perfect for our large group, and was very clean when picked up. The van even had a disco ball! Will be booking with him every time I have a large party.
