This van helped make our family reunion especially for our elderly relatives so much more memorable! At one time I had my mother, my two brothers, our wives and our children all in one vehicle. It will be a week we will never forget. I want to always work with you anytime I need to rent a van like this! Thank you!!

This rental was perfect for a big girls trip. The owner was prompt and fast at responding. We had the best time!

Great rental experience! The car was clean, exactly as described, and communication was easy throughout the trip. Would definitely rent again!
Good rental experience overall. The host was communicative and pick up and drop off was straightforward. The van was ready on pick up with a full tank of gas which we really appreciated.

The van was nice and clean and communication was great. Would rent again! Pick up and drop off at the airport was super easy.
First time Turo user. Van was instrumental for transporting large group. Management communication was terrific. Rental process was a breeze. So too was pick up and drop off.
We used the car do get 2 families to and from the TPA airport to Anna Maria Island. We also used the car when we left AMI to grab food and catch a movie in Cortez/Bradenton. It was perfect for what we needed. It absolutely added to our trip staying together. The van looks brand new inside and out
Great shape!!!! Thanks so much!!! Perfect for our school and the senior trip thanks again!!!!

For the price, the vehicle was good but not “great”. All and all, it got the job done and I will say that it had obviously been well used judging by the mileage and wear and tear of the interior. Not only was this the least expensive passenger van available, it was also the only option available at the time with the airport pickup and drop-off option. I had originally reserved another van that was twice the price, but because I didn't update my payment method within the app after I had replaced the card on file with my new card, the other van option had been rented out before and throughout my planned vacation week in Tampa. The host was great and I had no issues with the van, other than finding the fuel door. I'd happily rent again for my next trip if we need the extra room for passengers.

The van was super clean, and served our purpose perfectly. Would highly recommend!

From the start to finish, this was a wonderful experience I would give more than five stars if I could!!
It was clean and in good working condition. Gas tank under filled. Great communication from Host.

Tampa is a large city and a popular tourist destination, so you may want to get used to your rental van's size and height before you take any long drives. The streets are wide, and road signs are plentiful in Tampa, so you shouldn't have too much trouble getting around. Here are some tips that could help you make the most of your time in Tampa and your rental van.
There is abundant street parking in Tampa, but finding a spot large enough for a van could be difficult. If you do park at a meter, you can expect to pay $3 per hour in downtown Tampa and $2 per hour in other neighborhoods. If you want to take the stress out of parking your rental van in Tampa, you could drive to one of the city's large parking facilities. There are more than 30 parking lots and parking garages in Tampa, and they will cost you no more than parking on the street. The height restriction in most Tampa garages is between 7 and 8 feet, so you may have to look for a parking lot if you rent a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter van with a high roof.
Picking the perfect rental van to enjoy everything that Tampa has to offer is easy on Turo. A minivan will drive like a car and give up to eight passengers plenty of room, or you could choose a passenger van if you have a larger party. If you enjoy the great outdoors and plan to spend time in some of Tampa's beautiful parks, a camper van would be ideal. You can also find cargo vans and moving vans on Turo, and some hosts offer unlimited mileage.
When you look for cargo vans on Turo, you should pay attention to weight ratings. This tells you how much the van can carry, and it should be enough to handle everything you need to transport. Most cargo vans have tie down rings or rails, so you'll be able to use ratchet straps to secure large items and stop them from moving around. Load items you may need along the way last. That way, you'll have easy access to them.
Many of Tampa's gas stations are located west of downtown on Florida State Road 60. You'll be able to fill up 24 hours a day at many of them, but check to make sure you use the right fuel. Most of the vans you'll find on Turo run on gas, but some have diesel engines. If you rent an electric van like the Volkswagen ID.Buzz passenger van or Ford E-Transit cargo van, you'll find plenty of places in Tampa where you can recharge its batteries. Popular locations include Tesla Superchargers on West Swann Avenue, North 50th Street, North Dale Mabry Highway and Hillsborough Avenue; Blink charging stations on North Dale Mabry Highway and North Rome Avenue; and ChargePoint charging stations on West Hillsborough Avenue, North Florida Avenue and East Twiggs Street.

Turo's huge selection of vehicles includes many types of vans. Most rental car companies have only a few models to pick from, but you'll be spoiled for choice on Turo. You'll find comfortable minivans that would be perfect for a family vacation, and there are also cargo vans that are easy to load and drive. The most popular van categories on Turo are:
- Minivans: If you want the comfort of a car and the space of an SUV, a minivan like a Chrysler Pacifica, Honda Odyssey or Toyota Sienna would be a great choice. Minivans are easy to maneuver and park, get great gas mileage and have large sliding doors that make getting in and out easy.
- Passenger vans: A full-size van that can carry 10 or 15 passengers in comfort would be the ideal rental vehicle if you have a large party or will be organizing an event. Vans like the Ford Transit, Chevrolet Express and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter have three-point seat belts for every passenger and rear air-conditioning systems.
- Camper vans: You'll find camper vans in a wide variety of sizes on Turo. There are small camper vans that would be ideal for a couple, and there are larger models with enough space for a family. Camper vans have sofas that convert into full-size beds, and some of them have kitchens with a stovetop, refrigerator and sink.
- Cargo vans: Just about everyone will need a cargo van sooner or later. These workhorses have cavernous cargo bays, and their modern engines are surprisingly fuel-efficient. The Ford Transit and Chevrolet Express are popular cargo van options, but you may prefer a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter if you'll be transporting tall items.
- Box trucks: When you have more than a cargo van can handle, a box truck will be the best choice. The loading height in a box truck is a little higher than it is in a cargo van, but many of them have built-in ramps. The box trucks you'll find on Turo have gross vehicle weight ratings of up to 14,000 pounds.
* Any personal insurance you may have that covers damage to the host’s vehicle would kick in before your protection plan, except in limited situations for trips booked in Maryland, but this protects your own wallet. The policy does not provide coverage for damage to a host’s vehicle.
