This is my second time renting this truck, and just like last time I only ended the trip because I had to do to another reservation. And after having it for a month I’m just as sad dropping it off as I was last time. The host is great, super responsive and accommodating and I literally can’t think of anything that could be done to improve my experience. I’m obviously going to rent this vehicle again as soon as I can come up with a reason to justify it, RIP to my own car if that doesn’t happen organically lol.
Host is always accommodating and friendly and prompt to respond. This is my fourth time booking for Work trips. The car is very well kept as always, just like all of their other vehicles that I have rented in the past. This truck drove great, got great gas mileage, was well maintained and very clean inside and out, and did everything I needed it to do. I would recommend this host vivid anytime. I always look forward to renting from them and communicating with their hosts thank you guys again for a wonderful trip. See you in a week.

The car was great! We are new to the Tampa Airport so navigating this was not easy. Too many Tasks. When I rent a car I take care of it just like my own. I felt the host was over the top with what needed to be done. But I understand at the same time.
