Clear instructions and quick responses from host which was helpful considering this was my first time renting from turo. Car with some wear to exterior/windshield but drives good. Car was comfortable for me as I drive a Ford Escape at home.

This is my second time renting this truck, and just like last time I only ended the trip because I had to do to another reservation. And after having it for a month I’m just as sad dropping it off as I was last time. The host is great, super responsive and accommodating and I literally can’t think of anything that could be done to improve my experience. I’m obviously going to rent this vehicle again as soon as I can come up with a reason to justify it, RIP to my own car if that doesn’t happen organically lol.

Everything was perfect. Easy pickup and very well maintained car. Omar was flexible with me and I was able to extend the trip when needed. 10/10 will rent again.

The overall experience was excellent, from the moment I selected and paid for the vehicle hire the communication has been perfect and stress free. It was clear and precise to wear i could pick the vehicle up, with easy instructions to wear I could find it. The quality of the car and cleanliness was superb, I will highly recommend utilising this type of service.

The car was great! We are new to the Tampa Airport so navigating this was not easy. Too many Tasks. When I rent a car I take care of it just like my own. I felt the host was over the top with what needed to be done. But I understand at the same time.
