Loved it and looking forward to renting again

Explorer was clean and smelled great. Location was well explained and easy to find. No issue getting access to the vehicle, went smooth.
Only issue was that ‘change oil’ notification came on, messaged host and they were quick to reply and reassure me that vehicle’s oil was just changed but code was not cleared. The code was on for the entire trip but not a big deal.
This was a 6-seater vehicle that perfectly fit our needs, exactly as described and a great value. Would highly recommend and would rent again if I return to Tampa.

Vehicle was very nice, smooth ride. Host provided detailed instructions had no issues locating the vehicle in the airport parking garage. Definitely recommend using Vivid, I will for sure next Florida visit.

This car was amazing! It accommodated our family of 4 comfortably, along with suitcases. The car performed well, was very economic and easy to drive. The host was also amazing, responded quickly and left clear instructions for both, check-in and check-out. Would definitely recommend Vivid Rentals!
