The car was perfect compared to all other vehicles I’ve rented the car was clean very well maintained and maintenance. It also came with a complementary water and most importantly hand sanitizer definitely my type of rod and safe with no germs or contaminations. I appreciate it and I will be back again. Kyle & his team made the entire process incredibly smooth and easy. We had never used Turo before renting from them, so we were a little nervous about the experience. But honestly, this was the best rental experience we’ve ever had! They went above and beyond getting the car to us at our hotel. The pick up and drop off process was a breeze. The Tesla Model Y was absolutely immaculate and was perfect for our family of four. We chose it because it had plenty of room for everyone, and with gas prices being what they are, it was a great choice for a month-long rental. The Full Self-Driving feature was a huge bonus, and we used it extensively. It made getting around Florida so much easier and less stressful, while still feeling very safe. We had never been to Florida before, so we ended up doing a lot of driving—from Cocoa Beach to Miami and all the way down to the Keys. We were also pleasantly surprised that we never had to wait at any of the Tesla Superchargers, which made traveling around the state incredibly convenient. Kyle & his team were great to work with from start to finish. We really couldn’t have asked for a better rental experience, and we highly recommend them to anyone looking for an easy, affordable, and safe way to rent a vehicle through Turo. First off let me say the host was by far the best host I have ever had on Turo. I had to extend my trip multiple times due to repairs on my personal vehicle and he was super helpful and accommodating. The car was great, i loved it! I however did not like having to pay for the $22 of parking fee when i picked up the car. That bought my total from $74 to $96 when i initially was interested in the car because of the low daily rate that was advertised. It would have been better to price the car at $96 and say “parking fee included”.
Explorer was clean and smelled great. Location was well explained and easy to find. No issue getting access to the vehicle, went smooth. Only issue was that ‘change oil’ notification came on, messaged host and they were quick to reply and reassure me that vehicle’s oil was just changed but code was not cleared. The code was on for the entire trip but not a big deal. This was a 6-seater vehicle that perfectly fit our needs, exactly as described and a great value. Would highly recommend and would rent again if I return to Tampa.
