The owner was just as impressive as the vehicle. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and responsive throughout the entire rental process. Communication was quick and clear, pickup and drop-off were seamless, and they genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything went perfectly. I had a great experience with this rental! The car was clean, drove smoothly, and I had no issues the entire time. Everything about it was excellent. My only suggestion is that if you have a phone that uses a USB-C (Type-C) cable, bring a car charger adapter since the car only has the older USB port and doesn't include a charging cable. Other than that, I would definitely rent this car again!
This was my second time renting from this host, and once again it was a fantastic experience! He’s very communicative, friendly, and made the entire rental process smooth and stress-free. The car was exactly as described and pictured, drove perfectly, and was excellent on gas. Car quality is what I expected for the price and after reviewing previous renter's reviews. However, that would not deter me. It was a great little car, perfect for getting around South Tampa to run all my errands while I was preparing to move out of Florida. Communication from the owner was great and they were super helpful when I had any questions about their rental. 5/5 would definitely use them again.

The vehicle is very clean and drives perfectly! A/C works great and has CarPlay which makes setting up gps and music a breeze. The host was great at communicating for pickup and drop off the only thing I would notate is they make you pay for the parking of the vehicle from the airport which added an additional $22 which is not included in the rental price. So just be sure to be prepared with a debit or credit card at the exit. Other than that this rental is phenomenal.
This was an amazing trip I took with my family and this truck was exactly what we needed. We were 5 adults and a baby and it was still very spacious. All our luggage and baby items got perfectly. This truck is luxuriously and did the job. The host was incredible. I don’t rent much from Turo and had a lot of questions that could have been simply answered in the description but I messaged the host and they were very responsive (fast) and patient with me answering all my questions. Very nice car, the car wasn’t clean as I expect but I always clean each time I booked a car on Turo due to my kids have asthma. Overall, very comfortable SUV., I would recommend anyone on road trip or just getting away with family to book this vehicle, very smooth ride and gas mileage is also good for this size SUV.
