Great clean car, great communication from host. There was a surprise $18 fee to get the car out of the airport garage, which wouldnt have been bad on a week rental, but for a 1 day rental it brought the cost up to rental companies.

When it was time to return the car, she happily met us at the cell phone lot at 6:00 AM and drove us directly to our departure gate. I would give the host of this car a 10 out of 10 if it was possible. After a delayed flight Turo cancelled out booking (“keeping the full amount paid” per their policy) leaving my young daughter and I stranded at the Tampa airport with no solution. Turo was completely disconnected from the host stating that the car was no longer available while the host worked patiently to reinstate our reservation for over an hour. They went above and beyond late at night to help us out and we really appreciate them and would highly recommend to anyone else using Turo. We unfortunately will not be using Turo moving forward after such an awful experience.
My family and I were turned down by every other big name Rental companies because we were trying to use our debit card. Got a reference from someone to go through Turo. And found NXT LEVEL HAULING. Was able to book within 10mins picked up the car, and on our way to our trip in Indianapolis 🛣🚗. It really was an awesome pleasure renting from this host. Car was very clean, easy to pick up and go, hassle free, and he even responds quickly to anything you need help or have questions about. I was so happy with the service.
