Mercedes-Benz rental in Tampa, FL

I had a great experience renting Harvard’s 2022 Mercedes-Benz C-Class while visiting Sarasota and Siesta Key. The vehicle arrived exactly as described. It was exceptionally clean, smelled great, drove smoothly, and was clearly well maintained. Throughout my trip, the car performed beautifully and was comfortable, reliable, and enjoyable to drive. During my rental, the check engine light came on, along with a notification that the remote key battery was low. Although I didn’t believe it was anything serious since the vehicle continued to run perfectly without any noticeable issues, I naturally wanted to make sure everything was okay. Harvard and his co-host were incredibly communicative, kind, patient, and accommodating throughout the situation. They immediately offered to send someone out to diagnose the vehicle and even offered to swap it out for another car so I could continue enjoying my trip without any worry. That level of responsiveness and genuine concern for my comfort and peace of mind was greatly appreciated. The only constructive feedback I would offer relates to the return process. When I dropped the vehicle off at the airport, I had difficulty reaching the host to remotely lock the car before leaving. I wasn’t comfortable walking away until I knew it was secure, so after about 15 minutes I contacted Turo, who quickly helped resolve the issue. Harvard later apologized for the confusion and explained that he hadn’t received my direct texts or calls because my number wasn’t saved in his contacts and that he hadn’t been actively monitoring the Turo app at that moment. I completely understand that these things happen and wouldn’t hold it against him, especially given how apologetic and professional he was afterward. Overall, aside from that small misunderstanding, Harvard and his co-host were outstanding hosts. They were communicative, professional, prompt, accommodating, and genuinely kind from beginning to end. They made every effort to ensure my experience remained smooth, comfortable, and stress-free. Any questions, concerns, or confusion I had were handled with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care. It’s evident that they truly care about the safety, comfort, and overall experience of their guests. Their communication, attention to detail, responsiveness, and willingness to help really set them apart. I would absolutely recommend booking with Harvard if you’re looking for an honest, reliable, communicative, and professional Turo host who genuinely wants you to have a seamless rental experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent from him again in the future. Great vehicle, even better hosts.

Great fun car! Definitely in "loved" condition - but for this price?! Huge value! It's a fun ride, all the things that you need to work do. I will definitely rent again next time I fly into Tampa. Nitpicking (just so people are aware, expectations are correct - but still a 5 star value!): - USB charger that connects to car navigation is busted. There's USB ports inside the arm rest compartment between the two front seats to charge your phone, but music will need to be Bluetooth connection. My Android wouldn't connect to the car's navigation, so I had to use my phone propped up on the cup holder. No big deal, but next time I'd bring a suction cup phone holder to put it at a better angle for safe visibility while driving. - Small scratches, worn seats, a (small, unbothersome) chip in the windshield. Don't expect a brand new convertible Mercedes, but you also aren't paying that same cost either. This was cheaper for me than renting a Corolla through a major rental company, so great value! - It takes premium gas. The owner didn't tell me, but I noticed it said it inside the gas compartment. The screw off piece also has the plastic leash to the car broken so don't lose the gas cover!

The car was in immaculate condition and the host was as pristine as a United States Marine in uniform and very professional. His car is a direct reflection of his character. It’s a one of kind and worth the rental to drive in style… it’s a special addition and special trim Mercedes too! Very classy and blends in the elite cars, like Bentleys and Royal Royces. Will rent again!!!

This is the second time we have rented Dena’s Mercedes! Love that car, and she makes it so easy to pick up and drop off. Hopefully we will be able to rent it yet again soon! It gets great gas mileage is a really nice easy ride and just a beautiful vehicle to be in.

The perfect transport van for a large group! Seats 12 comfortably with a large cargo space in the rear. Has Apple CarPlay, back-up camera, charging ports, good speakers and the AC works really really well in this Florida heat. We rented this van for my wife’s 50th birthday weekend. Had friends fly in from all over. Used the van to get our group to and from dinner, the marina, the birthday party and airport runs. I will definitely rent this van again for similar events.

Excellent experience from start to finish. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. Rides so smooth. Pickup and return were quick and extremely easy. Luis was friendly and professional and very helpful. Communication was excellent. I would definitely rent from him again.

Car was clean and met our needs for the trip. Good on gas and was easy to locate in the parking garage. The transmission between gears was a bit rough for a 2022 Mercedes but mentioned that after drop off and Tampa said they would take a look at it. I would rent from them again. Thanks!
