The car was extremely clean and in the exact pick up spot described. We had one issue where the oil level was too high, but the host met us where we were dining and took it to Take 5 to get looked at. The host was extremely helpful and went over the top to make sure we had a good experience. Would rent again.

Great clean car, great communication from host. There was a surprise $18 fee to get the car out of the airport garage, which wouldnt have been bad on a week rental, but for a 1 day rental it brought the cost up to rental companies.

Very clean car that is spacious, easy to drive, and comfortable. The AC is amazing in the hot Florida heat. Great gas mileage. Host was communicative. The only trouble we had was we could not figure out how to turn off the interior lights while we were inside of the car. Once it was locked they went off. Easy pickup and drop off instructions. I would highly recommend and happily rent again.

I am a huge Volkswagen lover. I have one of my own. It’s such a wonderful car. I love renting with Nxt Level. This is my second time. The Atlas was a smooth ride, nice big beautiful car with enough space . My niece loved having the third row to herself. The perfect suv for sure.
