Anier is absolutely one of the nicest Hosts my husband and I have met so far on Turo. After a medical emergency happening while in Florida making it to where we could not return home and everything I had to deal and all the stress of Drs and hospital stays. Anier made sure the vehicle was the last thing I had to worry about the entire rest of the trip and when I needed unknown extensions it was never a problem he handled everything for me for months. When the car had a small issue he came and handled that within hours.. He eliminated any stress and made it a very positive experience. Language barrier was never an issue and Anier is highly professional and responds in minutes. You can see his priority is his customers and their experience with him and his relationship building so you would come back and work with him again.
