The hosts were absolutely fantastic. They didn’t even meet us, but were so friendly via their interactions through messaging in the app. Even all my stupid questions such as “can I take the top down?” were met with a swift “Of Course” — If you’re ever looking to rent a car from Turo, these hosts should be your first choice!

Everything about this “rental” was amazing. The car was immaculate. It ran like a dream. Picking it up at Palm Beach Airport was so straightforward and easy. Dropping it off was equally as easy. I would recommend J Paul and his cars without any hesitation! On my next trip I’m thinking of renting one of his higher end cars for a fun day trip!!

Fernando is an exceptional host and I will certainly return to him for future vehicle rentals! Picking up the car was fast and simple thanks to his clear instructions. He is a very effective communicator and responded super fast in our Turo message thread. He provided thorough guidance in every step of the process and answered my questions in real time. Less than two days into my trip I encountered a flat tire in the evening hours. In all honesty, I was expecting this to result in a major headache. My trip was centered around spending time with extended family, and I had only 5 days to get as much time with them as possible. Admittedly, when the flat happened my mind jumped to the worst case scenario. I thought for sure I'd end up missing out on precious visits with my family and spend hours messaging back and forth seeking a resolution meanwhile being without transportation. I was completely wrong, and I am extremely grateful to Fernando for the way he handled things. Early the very next morning he drove from over an hour away to pick up the vehicle from my lodging. Not only did he return it to me quickly and in perfect repaired condition, but he had also topped up the gas tank to account for the miles he drove it AND he left me a Starbucks gift card! My top priority had been to avoid a lengthy mess and get back to enjoying my vacation with my loved ones. Had Fernando simply fixed the car and returned it to me, I would have been satisfied - but his gestures of good faith far surpassed that. I think nowadays we often find ourselves caught in frustrating AI chatbot loops or getting radio silence when we have to reach out to people/companies for customer service. My family and I were all very impressed with Fernando's high quality care in an unexpected situation. Fernando is a 10/10 host and a pleasure to work with!

Ron is always an amazing host! We always rent this car when visiting Florida because this is my favorite car in the world! For the most recent rental, there was an incident with the car on the way over to us and he instantly pulled some strings and made things happen for us to get the car to us shortly thereafter. Quite remarkable. The car is perfect every time.. very clean and well maintained. At any time throughout the rental, Ron is quick to respond, and communication is very important to me. Looking forward to our next experience in the Porsche 911 Carrera S!!
