Fernando is an exceptional host and I will certainly return to him for future vehicle rentals! Picking up the car was fast and simple thanks to his clear instructions. He is a very effective communicator and responded super fast in our Turo message thread. He provided thorough guidance in every step of the process and answered my questions in real time. Less than two days into my trip I encountered a flat tire in the evening hours. In all honesty, I was expecting this to result in a major headache. My trip was centered around spending time with extended family, and I had only 5 days to get as much time with them as possible. Admittedly, when the flat happened my mind jumped to the worst case scenario. I thought for sure I'd end up missing out on precious visits with my family and spend hours messaging back and forth seeking a resolution meanwhile being without transportation. I was completely wrong, and I am extremely grateful to Fernando for the way he handled things. Early the very next morning he drove from over an hour away to pick up the vehicle from my lodging. Not only did he return it to me quickly and in perfect repaired condition, but he had also topped up the gas tank to account for the miles he drove it AND he left me a Starbucks gift card! My top priority had been to avoid a lengthy mess and get back to enjoying my vacation with my loved ones. Had Fernando simply fixed the car and returned it to me, I would have been satisfied - but his gestures of good faith far surpassed that. I think nowadays we often find ourselves caught in frustrating AI chatbot loops or getting radio silence when we have to reach out to people/companies for customer service. My family and I were all very impressed with Fernando's high quality care in an unexpected situation. Fernando is a 10/10 host and a pleasure to work with!

One thing I truly appreciated was that he personally delivered his gorgeous yellow Lamborghini directly to me at The Breakers, making the entire process effortless and incredibly convenient. Tamara was great per usual! She was able to accommodate me with a last-minute booking and was just as flexible when I needed to extend the reservation. Solid rental. German, the hosts identifier, was great in responding to me when I had questions. I rented the 2015 Benz and he added a nice screen with GPS-Radio and all that bundled in. Syncing a phone to a different car, especially a European car if you don’t have one, is different than you are used to. German was very quick to share videos to assist with the nominal issues I had. His add on device was very adaptive to my iPhone and although I didn’t figure out how to get the radio to work, the GPS worked well. Car is very comfortable and has a solid suspension and no mechanical concerns. It has about 87k miles on it, so it’s still has a lot of dependable life left. AC worked well and thank God because I’m a Northern man not used to Africa Hot weather. I would rent this car again if it was just 2 people or less. Thank you German for being flexible and providing a worry free dependable transportation. I understand why German gets 5 star ratings.

Rich/Klive and the team at Sunshine Rent a car provided excellent customer service throughout our stay in WPB. Pick up and drop off at PBI was seamless and all questions were answered in a timely fashion. Car was clean and ran great. Would use them again and recommend to anyone flying into PBI and staying in WPB area.
