The car is in excellent conditions, almost new and very clean. It is spacious for our family of 5 with 4 large baggages. The host is polite, responsive and accommodating to suit our very early check-in and late night check-out which you can hardly get from traditional car rental service providers.
Fantastic first experience using Turo. We were travelling from the UK and had never used Turo before, but Fernando made the whole experience incredibly easy and reassuring. Communication was excellent throughout — he responded very quickly whenever we contacted him. The car was dropped off right outside our apartment, actually earlier than expected, which worked perfectly with our plans. We also ended up returning it early as we didn’t need it the following day, so everything worked out really smoothly. The remote check-in and return process was simple and hassle-free. The car itself was super clean, in great condition and arrived with a full tank. We drove from Miami all the way down to Key West and back, and it was a great, smooth ride throughout. First-class service from start to finish. For anyone travelling from the UK who might be unsure about using Turo for the first time, I’d definitely recommend it. I’d happily use Fernando again and highly recommend him.

Here’This was our first Turo experience, and Alex made it a great one! We rented his 2023 Ford Mustang convertible for my son’s 12th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The car was spotless, well maintained, and exactly as described. One detail I really appreciated was that he included the cable for Apple CarPlay, which made it so easy to connect and enjoy the drive. We chose delivery and pickup since we were staying on Collins, and Alex was right on time for both. He was incredibly welcoming and took a few minutes to show my son around the car, which made his birthday even more special. You can tell he genuinely cares about providing a great experience, not just renting out a vehicle. If we’re back in Miami and looking for another convertible, Alex will absolutely be the first person we check with. Highly recommend!
The car was great and we had an awesome time with it! It was really fun to drive and definitely made our time in Miami even more enjoyable. Valentina was also amazing throughout the entire process. She dropped the car off right at our hotel and picked it up from the hotel when we were done, which made everything incredibly convenient.
