Fantastic first experience using Turo. We were travelling from the UK and had never used Turo before, but Fernando made the whole experience incredibly easy and reassuring.
Communication was excellent throughout — he responded very quickly whenever we contacted him. The car was dropped off right outside our apartment, actually earlier than expected, which worked perfectly with our plans. We also ended up returning it early as we didn’t need it the following day, so everything worked out really smoothly. The remote check-in and return process was simple and hassle-free.
The car itself was super clean, in great condition and arrived with a full tank. We drove from Miami all the way down to Key West and back, and it was a great, smooth ride throughout.
First-class service from start to finish. For anyone travelling from the UK who might be unsure about using Turo for the first time, I’d definitely recommend it. I’d happily use Fernando again and highly recommend him.
