First time user of this app. Very happy. The parking garage is a bit confusing. Pick up was a little different then typical car rental. Host was very responsive and immediately responded even at like 1am.... Car runs and drives absolutely fine. We drove it all week. Took it to Haulover, Miami, Key Largo. Put about 500 miles on this car. Has typical wear and tear of a 2019. Served its purpose very well for us. Didn't use the convertible top to much. But the few times I did. It operated and functioned normally. It does have a "check center brake light" on in the dash. Just kinda got used to it and would just exit to the trip menu. Would 100% rent this car again. No questions asked.

As a newbie to Turo, I was very reluctant to rent a car from this company rather than a known rental car company. However, renting this Altima was the best decision I could’ve made. The price was affordable, instructions clear & concise, and the entire process completely seamless. The car runs very well, clean, and good on gas. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend using their car. I absolutely will be renting with them again as I frequent Florida quarterly.

Tru was extremely responsive and easy to work with! Pick up was a breeze - car was clean, gas was full and he had a USB-C Charger and a Bluetooth radio adapter for entertainment. The car was cute and fun to drive! Also it was fantastic on milage. He was very flexible when I had a need to change the reservation dates. Would definitely recommend!
