I had never driven this type of vehicle before, and it exceeded my expectations. The car was clean, drove great, and made for a fantastic experience. First time user of this app. Very happy. The parking garage is a bit confusing. Pick up was a little different then typical car rental. Host was very responsive and immediately responded even at like 1am.... Car runs and drives absolutely fine. We drove it all week. Took it to Haulover, Miami, Key Largo. Put about 500 miles on this car. Has typical wear and tear of a 2019. Served its purpose very well for us. Didn't use the convertible top to much. But the few times I did. It operated and functioned normally. It does have a "check center brake light" on in the dash. Just kinda got used to it and would just exit to the trip menu. Would 100% rent this car again. No questions asked.
This car was awesome! I loved the inside and the paint job. Everyone was checking it out and taking pictures all day, especially when the top was down. It drives super smooth and fast. I'd definitely rent it again. The only issue was that extending the rental was way more expensive than the original price, but overall, it was a great car and an amazing experience.

As a newbie to Turo, I was very reluctant to rent a car from this company rather than a known rental car company. However, renting this Altima was the best decision I could’ve made. The price was affordable, instructions clear & concise, and the entire process completely seamless. The car runs very well, clean, and good on gas. I have no complaints at all and highly recommend using their car. I absolutely will be renting with them again as I frequent Florida quarterly.

Overall, a great rental experience! The car was reliable, very fuel-efficient, and had no issues during my trip. I used it mainly to visit family around the city and only spent about $40 to fill the tank. There was an air-pressure alert that remained on even after adding air, but otherwise everything was great. The host was excellent—very communicative and helpful throughout. The car did have a few stains from previous renters, but the host was upfront about that beforehand. Overall, I had a good experience and would rent from this host again!
