Pick up was ok, slight lack of communication, had to reach out about finding the car when it said it details would be sent out prior to pick up. already had a delay and was running behind schedule for the day. car seemed like the amplifier or a component for the speakers is out as the sound quality was horrible. When trying to merge onto the highway I found the vehicle had an issue downshifting and accelerating. This again was right when I had left the airport and I was already running late so I didn’t even have a chance to arrange a new vehicle. Took a video of the situation 10 minutes into my trip, It happened several times over the trip. No warning lights on the dash beside low washer fluid. The vehicle should not be rentable in its condition as it’s unsafe to drive.

This is your first time using TURO. I find it very strange that you had trouble finding the car, since I sent you all the necessary information. Thank you for the two-star review. This will negatively affect my “AllStar” rating as a host. It’s a previous-generation Mercedes with a naturally aspirated engine—that’s just how it is, and that’s exactly the kind of atmosphere it creates.
