pick up was confusing and car had major issues. bad brakes and rotors. did not feel safe and no accommodations but it got me to where i needed to go.

Mariangely, my vehicles are inspected by the dealership and professional mechanics. Your claims about the brakes and rotors are serious and warrant a professional assessment. I was personally there at pickup to hand over the car and help with your luggage. It is unfair to say you received no assistance. I take safety and customer service seriously.
Ruben is great with communication and very understanding when it came to pick up and drop off times, I definitely recommend booking with Ruben and I look forward to booking again!
