I don't believe you will have this sort of communication and service with car rental companies.

So much fun and the price was worth it.

But he was able to accommodate me hours before the original reservation time and was responsive as heck!

This is one of the most fun rides you can get for a beach vacation, and just a fun ride in general, definitely an unbeatable price.
